Just picked up a TV and accessories. The staff member, Mark, was exceptional. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Even went and grabbed me a trolley to help load up. Thank you Mark!

I hardly go there just because of the like dictatorship behaviour if COSTCO company. I feel treated like a criminal.
One needs to show the COSTCO membership card at the entrance, then an employee is checking you before you go to self check out and then you need to scan the card before you pay of course.
What the heck is wrong with the leaders of this company? !

Huge range of quality products, best if you are buying in bulk. Fill up on petrol for your car as well!

A good place for a filling lunch at the kiosk, Good deals in bulk buys in the store, Big pizza to take home, cheap tyres and great service, rotate tyres each 10,000km free after buying 4. Well set out.

Talk about poor management. Hotdog combo you would think be extremely popular and thus have the required items such as the hotdog and bun ready.

APPARENTLY NOT, 30 mins and still waiting for 3 hotdogs. Try explaining to a 5 and 10 year old why Costco doesn't have any hotdog buns because they are FROZEN.

Great parking, best pizza and fantastic if having a party.well worth the $60 to join for the year.

Lots of items, such a big selection. Good value, although I'm not a big fan of buying everything in bulk

A great shopping precinct plenty of parking not as cheap as you may have imagined clothes and other products are decidedly dearer than I thought that's without taking into consideration the yearly membership fee also payes you to check out alternative pricing

Teresa, the older lady on the door drastically needs to learn some people skills. She’s is beyond rude and belittling. Told us we couldn’t enter because my 2 year old wasn’t wearing shoes. NOT GOOD ENOUGH COSTCO. This is discrimination. Absolutely disgusting.

Its a weird shopping experience. I spent nearly 2 hours walking around looking at things, grabbing items I would normally miss. I usually go in and grab what I need and nothing distracts me, but in Costco i wander about, going down isles just to see what is there. Its worth the memebership price.

Great fuel price pays for membership in about 3 tanks full. Great range of products, at volume purchase, good branded clothing, lots of samples.

Waited over an hour for a hotdog and slice of pizza at the foodcourt, horrible customer service and understaffed! Save your time and money and just eat somewhere else with better food, ruined my day!

Today at Costco I picked up a peach and handed it to my three-year-old son to ask him whether he like it or not. Suddenly this fruit lady (a stuff) came over, snatched the peach from my son (who barely held it for a second) and began accusing me of “playing with the fruit. ” Despite my explanation she would not listen and kept citing covid regulations while my son looked at her, a bit confused and frightened. It was a horrible experience and I’m not sure if I want to take my son to such an unfriendly environment any more. Other families please be aware of the fruit section. Think twice before you touch the fruit!

We are there yesterday 4.30 - 7pm and are regular customers. Two ladies in the returning item counter are hopeless and not paying any attention to the people waiting. The customer in front of me said he was staining there 1/2 hour. We’re were there in the queue for 20 min to return one item. One person is doing nothing, and the other is very lazy and unsuitable for this job. Please remove them from the counter. The name of Costco will fade soon due to unsuitable workers.

Such a brilliant range - clothes, food, electronics, jewellery, and much more. Definitely worth the membership price.

The staff are always very helpful and cheery. Aisles are clear and stock is dusplayed well with clear pricing.

Great place if you like to buy things in bulk. Value for money. Fuel here is also much cheaper than other normal service stations.

Really great selection of stuff. Cheap petrol and good value food. The checkouts are pretty fast and the self serve for the take away place are quite convenient. It's a little annoying to go to the bathroom though if you are mid shop though as you have to try to sneak through the checkouts. You also must have a membership to shop here.

Reasonable range but you need to know your prices as some items are just as cheap at Aldi, Coles & Woolies. It's also advised to go during the week and not weekends as the crowds are ridiculously large and when your finished the food bar isn't too bad either the southern fried burgers are good value and the Sundaes leave Macca's for dead
