Corporate Box Gym Valley

I’ve trained at a few boxing/MMA gyms and Corporate Box Fortitude Valley has been the most welcoming gym by far. The trainers are all very friendly, knowledgeable and can work with whatever level of experience you have. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try out a new fight gym!

Went to the gym for 2 sessions spoke to them about cancelling because I didn’t like the gym then charge me a joining fee and a 1 months worth of bills all I would say is make sure you like the place before going

This is a high quality gym and a place to grow and regain your confidence. A lot can be learned by being around others that are working hard to dial in their training. I have been at CBV for over a year and like to practice Boxing.

The classes are well planned out, fun, informative and safe. The training drills are interactive and aim to build discipline in your craft. A good week for me is attending two classes and a sparring session. The gym has a smart selection of weightlifting equipment and an adequate number of bags. Changerooms also have hot showers and facilities are cleaned.

Glen is a hardworking owner operator and has carefully recruited professional personal trainers to represent his business. They are, in fact, coaches and all have credible and lengthy training backgrounds in combat sports with achievements and some have even fought internationally. The members and trainers are quality people and that's what makes CBV great.

Learned a lot in a span of 2 weeks and really enjoying the vibes and my learning journey. I am excited to try BJJ and consider Boxing soon!

Firstly, this is a great gym for training MMA. The afternoon BJJ class is a little lackluster, but the morning class is terrific and the coaches are very professional.

Unfortunately, this is where the good news ends. I had to cancel my membership due to personal circumstances, after which I was continually charged for a 30 day "notice period" ON TOP of already being charged for the original month + joining fee.

I would strongly recommend looking around the valley at the many gyms that don't charge an additional notice period, and begin counting the 30 days from when you start.

Super friendly gym with great trainers teaching the real deal Muay Thai. Technique, sparring and clinching in a well equiped gym. I’ve only been here a couple of weeks but already got to see a fight so know already there’s a good community side too. Highly recommended.

My son, has just joined after searching other clubs in the local area of Fortitude Valley. Upon his discovery he was made very welcomed and had one on one sessions with trainers which he enjoys and finds them friendly and supportive environment. Certainly, a club I recommend for beginners to the advance

I've gone to many fight gyms in the past and I'd have to say Corporate Box Valley have a great team and class time table. They're quick to respond to your emails or queries. The entire team are all welcoming and their training has been top notch.

I’ve just started training at Corperate box gym fortitude valley and I gotta say I’m loving it, I’ve struggled with a weight issue for the last few years and have mostly been unsuccessful at changing that for myself, I recently started getting sessions with Micka twice a week and getting in every other day to hit the bag or do some weights and in 8 weeks I’m already down 15kg. The environment at the gym is great, everyone is inviting and friendly but also leave you to get your workout done with no bother. It’s been great for my head space to get in and put in the work as during training I only focus on that one thing instead of the many other things I’ve got going on in my normal life. I feel great, my body is starting to look great and I’ve enjoyed doing the training for the first time in ages.

Awesome gym, staff are very supportive and really good for all levels. As a beginner to MMA have made me feel very welcome and take the time to show me something in more detail when I don’t quite get it. Can’t wait to build my fitness and skill level and try more classes

All round great place to train, great BJJ trainer in the fortitude valley location and the Muay Thai trainers are incredible to be fair! The MMA incorporates a lot of the different techniques and is a sick class! What’s best about this gym is you can go in and there are usually Muay Thai fighters that will hold the pads for you and help with training and form from early on till like 6pm. Never seen that in many other gyms, usually you have to pay a fair amount of extra cash for that 1-1 training! Highly recommended Gym to join

Absolutely love this gym, I only took up muay thai recently but I'm really enjoying it here. The trainers are fantastic at instructing, you get plenty of one on one time with pads, I did the free trial and enjoyed it so much I signed up then and there. If youre looking for somewhere fun and serious at the same time, this fight gym is perfect

This gym is definitely a step up from your average local boxing gym.it's very up to date, with well experienced trainers but still has that homely local vibe that we all feel comfortable in. There are so many avenues for fighters/any fitness or health genre types. I'm so excited to see what I can become through training here. I drive my car to my local train station and catch the train in as it's literally across from the valley train station. It's super easy.

I wanted to find a good place for my son (15 years old) to learn to box. He's had such a great experience in the last few months - He was already in very good physically fit shape from playing div 1 football (soccer) but he wanted dearly to try boxing. This has been such a great experience, he's there nearly every day, the trainers and administrators are so nice to deal with, I feel like we really got the best place for him - we've gone to a couple of other gyms that were recommended by friends and family, but this is really the best fit, he can go at the times that he wishes, there's classes, and always someone to do pads etc too. Definitely a great place, run by passionate staff!
