Excellent Service and staff, looked after us and made sure we
were happy! Lots of beautiful decorations and fresh towels!
Accidentally I left some of my clothes in the cupboard in our hotel room. I have contacted reception and Elana was very supportive and helpful.she packs them nicely and send them to my address by Australia post. Thanks a lot Elana.
The hotel is superb in term of location, food and staff friendliness. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.where ever you like to go north - south, east - west all directions has easy access to express ways.
The loyalty and house keeping team go out of their way to make the stay memorable, comfortable and enjoyable! Keep up the good work!

Very nice motel. Clean and modern. Very friendly staff and definitely don't miss out on the amazing food at the restaurant!

Had cabin needs updating of bed stained kettle lounge chairs full of dog hair had to get staff to come and vacuum them not up to standard for what i was charged.

The friendly Australian women are really helpful. It does book out quickly though so it can be hard to find a room or extend your stay.

The family room was spacious and had a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and toaster. Of the 3 beds, 2 were too soft and sank in the middle. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, just a small, dusty, opening for ventilation. Being located downstairs, we were fully exposed to car and bike noises when parking and noisy upstairs neighbours' footsteps. There was also no place to hang clothes and jackets.

Booked three rooms, Rooms were nice each with two double beds, one room had light issue in bathroom but emergency contact person did everything to sort it out on Christmas eve very friendly service.bathrooms were nice and clean, kitchenette was clean and available in one room and mattress were comfortable, linen and towels were clean.parking available for 2.4 M Van. Reception staff was friendly good I called on that day to confirm late arrival as other motel it doesn't have a locker to access keys after-hours. Staff arranged it all so we can have easy access to room. Will stay again.

A last minute stop, was given the suite as it was last room left.
Nicely appointed for the age of the rooms.
Restaurant wasn't open for dinner. Room service breakfast was pretty average.
Annoying loud neighbours in room next door who also came and took furniture from our front but I know this is out of hotels control.

You get what you pay for.room is as clean as it can be for an original 80's build, clean sheets but cracked tiles in the bathroom and mould under the smeared silicon sealant around the shower screen. The a/c creaks and groans into life like it has been resusitated one last time and struggles to get the room to a decent temp. The port hole breakfast severy built into the wardrobe is reminisent of an Addam's family episode and unfortunately the non double glazed windows provides for a restless night with trucks rumbling past every couple of minutes.
Perhaps should be renamed Bates motel but the staff were nice and helpful.

I have stayed several times, I have to travel six hours for my Staffy to see specialists at Underwood, I have always been extremely happy with my stay. Devastated to see it is no longer pet friendly, there is no where else to stay with my dog close to Underwood, I had emailed them desperate to stay for my dog’s surgery even though they are still honouring prior bookings for dogs, I know there will be dogs still staying in the future.

The room was relatively comfortable for an overnight stay. I liked that the room had a little kitchenette with microwave so you didn't have to eat out. They have room service for a small fee or you could go and eat in the attached restaurant. There is also a 7 eleven next door. Netflix and YouTube are on a smart TV and it was clean enough (the occasional small sweet wrapper left behind but nothing nasty). The bathroom could do with an exhaust fan and I know I'm going to sound like Goldilocks but the bed was way too soft. It felt like you sunk into the floor. Otherwise OK overnight.

Reception was good. Friendly and very nice. Food was absolutely amazing with room service. Best chicken parmi I’ve ever had!

Staff were fantastic & offered us a last minute pet friendly room when we needed to make an overnight trip to Brisbane with a few babies for a show we were holding. The room was clean & tidy.

As part of 9 adults coming from Bundaberg, was pretty annoyed that when we arrived that they had given away our 2 rooms booked. Firstly they lied about how many times they contacted us as when viewing the phone records it only showed 1 missed call (not the several times they said they did) and when tried ringing them back 2 minutes later there was no answer. The second thing they did was done a sweep on the supplied credit card which when booking was made was made quite clear to the guy making the booking that this card wasnt the one being used and even asked if he wanted the card which he said no this one is fine. But sweeping a credit card to check for funds is illegal as the most you can charge to see if the card is valid is a $1. Obviously this motel didn't want our Bundaberg money and to blatantly lie isnt good customer relations. So because they gave away our rooms and after 2 hours trying to find somewhere to stay, ended up driving back home to Bundaberg. So well done Coopers Colonial for screwing over 9 ppl and left us with nowhere to stay for the weekend. Might have to send in invoice for fuel costs for the wasted travel

We booked a family room and were very pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness and facilities provided - great value for money and great location. Having the restaurant in the complex is a big bonus too.
The real winner for us though was the staff - from front reception to the cleaners; everyone was so friendly and nice and helpful. We were there for a football carnival and had an early morning game sprung on us at the last minute…we called reception at 9pm and they were super helpful and secured a late check out for us the next day so we had a chance to return from our game and sort our selves out for the drive home.
All in all very happy - thank you.
Will return if we have games in this area again.

Booking made 3 weeks in advance for two rooms, we arrive down at motel form Bundaberg to find out they cancelled the rooms, and blamed us for it.
We now have Nine people in Brisbane area with no place to stay.
We arrived at 2pm which we were told was book in time so why no phone call on the day we were expected to arrive
before giving our booking away.
PATHETIC JUST PATHETIC WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN

As a pet friendly room, I was so surprised how clean it was. We booked last minute on a long weekend and informed we will arrive late. We didn’t care what room just we had a dog and we was lucky to get a family room. I can only speak for that room. Is was so big and clean. Nice big new shower with a kitchen area as well. Bed was really comfortable. I recommend it as I have been to some pet friendly places and they have not been nice. Also I may have a dog, but I am a clean freak. The lady that took the booking spoke to hubby and sounded pleasant and accommodating. Only thing I have to suggest is as a clean freak was the microwave needed cleaning. (which we didn’t use anyway) and the bed had a little stains on the base of bed and the carpet as well. (that’s just being real picky though) But everything else was great for a night and I’d stay there again and longer. Price was reasonable. Thank you.

I booked this motel over a week ago. Arrived after travelling from sunshine coast with my elderly mother. NO booking was made.they found a room for us on the 2nd floor. I accepted and paid. The check in guy rang cleaners to confirm room clean
Gave me keys. On entering room. Nothing made up and someone's gear in there. NOT IMPRESSED. Asked for money back and went another our business

Coopers colonial motel is 9 out of ten I would say the lady's that run the show is Donna and the gorgeous tori at the front desk and Sharon and the other lady's out cleaning rooms do a great service

They were so accommodating as we are flooded out of our homes, the on-site restaurant was so beautiful, food was great value and staff are very kind

We stayed here for a few weeks between places, excellent $$, services and room. And we had pets! Throughly recommend coopers and the restaurant!
