Just wanted to acknowledge how wonderful Brendan and Ned were in helping me resolve an issue.

They offered me a solution and we clear to point out that it might not work but to give it a try. The solution did not quite work out and I went back, not to complain but to see if there is something else that could be done - this is when I received service that I could not believe exist anymore. Not only did the manager Brendon refund me for my original purchase, even though I was happy to pay for it as it was never promised the solution would work - he then brought in a colleague Ned who spend time and effort is resolving the issue - over 2 days and all at no charge. When I suggested - can you at least let me buy you coffee or lunch for the great work - Ned's response was simply - our logo is "we are mighty helpful" we do not need to be compensated for providing great service.

Management at Mitre 10 - these guys are a real asset to your organisation - you have won a customer for life.

Had many purchases at Mitre 10 Coolum Beach I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. My receipts faded after a couple of months The staff were very helpful and went back and copied the receipts from their records and forwarded them onto myself in a very timely manner Many thanks Highly recommended

The guys at mitre 10 are just lovely. I had a couple of keys cut, one was just a little out so I took it back to get fixed and he did a brand new key plus fixed the one that wasn’t quite right and no charge. Such lovely customer service I’d go here over bunnings.thanks guys! Always so helpful and welcoming

This place is amazing the staff so friendly and helpful, today I went to buy a new doorbell but was told I only needed to replace the battery on the master unit so that talked me out of a $25.00 sale, how good is that. I’ve got such fantastic advice and service it is always my first stop, plus the friendly banter is enough to put a smile on your face

Avoid the big Bunnings stores and see the boys for great prices and good old fashion personal service.

I went down to them to fix my brothers scooter when some screws came loose, they were very helpful and fixed it right up

Absolute legends, an institution of Coolum Beach. These guys are just more than hardware attendants, there characters who have great knowledge and are always up for some banter and a laugh. No question is ever silly to these guys, they love providing help to everyone.

The guys that work in Mitre 10 are always so easy going, and happy to help. Many times I've taken their advice and been happy with the outcome. Although, I wish it was bigger or stocked more, so I would never have to go into Maroochydore for anything, I will always come to the Mitre 10 guys first, and ask for their assistance or check their stock. If the boys don't have it, they suggest alternates that they do have or offer suggestions on where I may find an item, in another store. Great customer service and great quality products, at the same price, if not cheaper, than you would find at Bunnings.
