The young ladies were so helpful with my partner, finding him the perfect suit to wear to a relatives wedding. The older manager lady was quite passive aggressive and rude to her workers. Very awkward as a customer / bystander to experience. I felt so bad for the poor young girls who were doing an amazing job.

The lovely lady manageress was amazing! Not only really knowledgeable, but beyond helpful! We were really impressed with the outstanding service. Also offer a tailoring service on the suit that we brought. Thanks again for your help. We will definitely return on that alone.

Decent menswear, very affordable, friendly service. I only wish they stocked more generous sizes or some longer cuts as everything looked cropped/oddly short on my boyfriend. Such a shame because they have some really nice styles!

Neesha (hope my spelling on this is correct) was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make sure my partners wedding outfit was perfect. She helped us with options and was very polite, friendly and professional. Honestly my partner was dreading looking for a suit and we couldn’t have got a better sales associate to help us. She gave the best service we have ever received and we hope she can be recognised for this.

Your staff member Maddy deserves a raise, a gold medal and every accolade there is.
Maddy was an absolute angel when it came to helping us get suits for my husband and our 2 sons for our wedding. One of our sons lives in NSW and Maddy corresponded with the store local to my son in NSW to make everything perfect. Nothing we threw at Maddy was a bother, even a last minute change in colour. The suits looked perfect on our sons and the ties were a perfect colour match for our girls dresses.
Maddy even helped my 6’9 husband by attempting whatever she could to make a suit work for him. We did end up getting it from next door at Johnny Bigg but would have bought from Connor through Maddy in a heartbeat for him if we could have.
Maddy, our day would not have been the day it was without your help. We can’t thank you enough for making our experience so easy. You’re awesome!

We been there so many times have a lovely staff always but unfortunately this time I get really embarrassed and disappointed by the staff member there. She was an old lady was soo rude. Atleast show some respect towards your customers

This is your one-stop-shop for menswear. The selection is excellent, they've got shirts, pants, suits, ties, shoes, belts, and a whole lot of other accessories. You could walk in there looking homeless and walk out ready for a wedding.
And the customer service, my goodness, it is the best I have ever experienced. The guy who helped me (I'm so sorry dude, I didn't get your name) was awesome. He helped me pick a tie and all the little accessories that go with it. He really went the extra mile to help me look the best for my upcoming formal.
