Had a great experience in the store today. Customer service was excellent. Will be definitely going back to buy more clothes. Young lady was very helpful in helping me choose right clothes for my engagement.

Came in today to buy chinos for my partner ended up buying two full outfits for him.
The store was crazy busy but both ladies were on top of it all.both were running around grabbing stuff helping everyone it was amazing to observe amazing customer service I highly reccomend shopping here thank you ladies for your helpful suggestions and service 10 out of 10 haven't been to loganholme in years but will definitely be seeing more of me now.

Loved this centre. Has been a few years since last time I was here. Was very impressed with the upgrade. Good variety of shops and great customer service in the stores I visited.

I have had good experiences here, but the service by the two young lads on Saturday 16/10/2021 was just beyond hopeless. Chattering away between them while people in the shop and change rooms need help, zero interest. The Mount Gravatt store was a million times better.

Needed to get some stuff for semi formal and Kaleb helped me so much offering style advice and helping me find the right fitting clothing. Kaleb offers the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend over any other Connor stores

Going by the 4.3 star rating I'm guessing I came in on an 'off' day perhaps because the customer service was sh#thouse. In store for at least 20mins, trying things on before finally making a purchase and was not approached for assistance or even looked at. Every other Connor store I've shopped at has been awesome. This one made me want to go to City Beach across the way instead and give my money to them.

Having bought a suit where the jacket became completely misshapen after a few months, and asking for a replacement, all I was offered was the option to buy some more sub-standard clothing at a discount - pathetic service.

I appreciate the individuals I dealt with doing their best, but to have a major retailer inconvenience me by having to return substandard clothing made from cheap materials, and the chase them up for a reply days later, and be unprepared to resolve the issue, means I shall never buy from their stores again. Goodbye Connor!

Best Connor's shop ever! Maybe I am a little biased because I got promoted from being a regular customer to a casual assistant, but goodness me this store is filled with love!

I recently made a Connor purchase on zippay.

I was not overly happy with the style of the clothing, and decided to return it.

The staff member (Jonathan) was a great help!
The return was a little complicated due to it being a zippay purchase, but Jonathan was very prompt to resolve the confusion around it.

It is employee’s like these who are the front face of company, and make it successful, this is why I shop and will continue to shop with Connor.

After purchasing a two pairs of pants (and wearing one pair once), I found the pants tight and uncomfortable. I attempted to return them and was told they do not do refunds. I had my receipt and only one pair had been worn once.

The rude lady at the counter called her manager who in turn said, no to the refund but offered me a 20 percent discount on anything else in the store.

In still stuck with two pairs of uncomfortable pants though. Really poor customer service.

Do not shop here. They dont care and wont help you. Not happy

Great selection on men clothing from the more casual attire to formal. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help. The prices are worth for the quality of clothes that you pay for. Great selection of jackets and t shirts, highly recommended to go in and have a look.

Great sales on occasion, staff stick to themselves more often than not and usually greet and forget until you ask for help. Usually expect a bit more personalised service from mid - higher range department stores.

A great clothes shop located at the Hyperdome. I come here to get all my work shirts as they normally have some great specials on out the front. Whenever I am in the Hyperdome and I am walking past Connor I stop in because of their great products. Pants are a great price as well. Staff have always been good here and happy to help you out.
