The service I received this morning (9: 30am -01/06/23) was second to none…great vibe, v helpful and was v impressed. Will def be a return customer just because of the service… (the garments were well priced too).

I bought a couple of T shirts from the browns plains store a couple of days ago and only tried one since they were the same size and didn't bother checking the other one. Upon hanging them at home, I realised that the one I haven't tried had a rip/tear around the upper part. Came to the shop today and tried to exchange the damaged items but the exchange has been denied by the 2ic named Cassandra as she was indirectly blaming me that I have damaged the goods. Moral.ofnrhe story, check every items thoroughly before walking out. I have bought a lot in the past from a different Connor and this has never happened before. I guess I was unlucky

I would like to thank Donna for the way she helped my son to find new outfits which he desperately needed for meeting new people and give his self-esteem a lift too.

She knew exactly the right things to grab for my size & style - stuff I wouldn’t have thought to have even looked at. Went in with a budget, thought I could only afford two shirts. Came out with 3. Krish, Camilla and Emma all need a pay raise. My name isn't Connor, It's Josh and they still treated me like my name was Connor and gave the most refreshing service I've had in a while.

Camilla was a great help in assisting us with wedding attire etc.we needed to make a change in colour scheme and Camilla went above and beyond to give us ideas and make it work. Connor policies also allowed us to exchange clothing stress free way later down the track so this was a Godsend for us and saved us from wasting money already spent. Lauren also was super friendly and assisted us in the beginning in choosing attire for our wedding. Both these Ladies are fantastic and super helpful. We will be back in the future for sure!

Have a wide range of products here, love it. Although the ladies working here can be a bit chatty and complimentitive illd rather that over rude customer service
