Prices are good here and you find what you want. The lady didn’t even ask for my email address to add my receipt and i felt like the older lady here was giving bad vibes. All walks of faith are going to walk in to your shop. Do better when you see muslims not a way to stop smiling and not being yourself. We don’t bite. We are quite friendly!

Purchased a formal suit yesterday and was served by a ladie called balinda. 10/10 service and quite possibly the best sales person I have ever encountered. So helpful and assisted me in choosing the right outfit. THANK YOU

Belinda was incredible, it was very busy today and she seamlessly helped me and another man find the prefect suits. She knew what size to give me and made sure I was looking great in my new suit.

Went to Harbour Town this morning desperately looking for a suitable jacket for our up and coming trip to Sydney. Needed something warm, casual and comfortable to suit lower temperature.
Walked in to Connor store and was immediately attended to by Belinda who was so helpful and informative when I showed interest in the Buxton Cord jacket. Tried it on and found it to be exactly what I was hoping for.

My partner and I went for a few pairs of pants last week, after the the four pairs we bought from there 3 years ago, finally needed replacing (They were worn several times a week, every week!).

Kaneya served us, he was extremly helpful! He was able to switch styles, sizes, and different typs of pants. We would have been completly lost without him! We ended up spending several hundred dollars, due to being able to find the perfect fit and shape thanks to Kaneya. We opted in for getting the pants tailored. It was very affordable and Kaneya offered us several options to be able to go pick them up again to try and work with our crazy work scheduals. I couldn't be happier with the service we recieved!

Ben went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and budget. Very helpful and great service and banter. Definitely only seeing him from now on!

A mate and I went in looking for some outfits for a formal outting - we were helped by Renaye who spent a lot of her time inbetween other customers to aid us in choosing what fit right and what looked great.
Good selection of stuff at the store with great prices that were unexpectedly below our budget.
And another thanks to Renaye for her patience, assistance, and friendliness.

Service and store was fantastic until the lady proceeded to offer an up sell which I refused, upon which she then argues what an upsale is. Then proceeded to state it was saving me money spending an extra 30 dollars for pants I didn't need or want. Just overall argumentative and made the end experience uncomfortable because I stated I didn't want the upsale.

Ben is a Legend! Im reviewing Connors and Ben as its very rarely (if ever) I have had such a good shopping experience with family in toe: S He was respectful, friendly, helpful and nothing was an issue, even after the kids started swinging off the rafters and losing one in the clothes racks hahaha.no not that bad he was great highly recommend. Store had everything I was looking for, I like the Chapman slim casual Shirts and now have a few more nice items for work and play.

Once again I received excellent service from the team at a Connor store.

Yesterday at the store in Coomera Town Centre they didnt have the shirt I wanted in my size. Kimberley checked 2 stores and requested the Harbour Town outlet put 2 aside for me.

Arrived this morning. Warm greeting, Belinda went and checked and brought out the 2 shirts. Asked me if I'd like to buy another for $1. I did.

Over 4 years I have had similar excellent service from the staff at the Connor store in Helensvale.

Harbour Tiwn parking is plentiful but very busy on weekends. Never had a problem mid-week.

I find the quality of clothing at Connor is good and great value. I'll be back.

Went into look at suits for my sister wedding today, and was greeted by Benjamin! What an absolute asset he is to your store! He was so helpful and patient, he made us feel like nothing was a problem at all. Honestly if you need someone to help you put together, a groom and two grooms men suits he is your man! Thank you so much Benjamin for all your help today!

Just had the most awesome in store experience. Came in to return some clothes that I had changed my mind about (the easiest return process I've ever had) and was served by Benjamin, the most helpful and upbeat sales assistant I've ever met. I can't wait until my next visit in store. My one gripe is the wait times for a click and collect order. Staff need to be given the ability to process an online order in store. If i wanted to wait for a delivery, if just have it delivered to my home.

Staff are annoying and irritating. I told them I was just having a look but they kept asking awkward personal questions and came up to me every 2 minutes trying to push a sale. If I want help I’ll ask for it. It put me off buying anything and I walked out.

Fantastic store. Met a young lad named Bailey and he gave me exceptional customer service and recommendations for my party. Would definitely recommend out of 10.
