We went to Connor in Westfield Carindale and was extremely impressed by the service and assistance of Mr. JC! The products that he helped us out with were just top notch and we had a very enjoyable time. We ended up buying a suit, a matching shirt, shoes and a matching trouser.

Daniel was a huge help with helping us find my partners wedding suit and best man's suit, will definitely go back in the future! Took the time to understand what we were looking for and what colour schemes worked best, thanks Daniel!

Manager at this store was racist toward mother. Refused to provide a service and had a distinct sour approach to her when she tried to ask for assistance in checking stock.

Bad customer service. The woman that appear to be the manager of the store looked inconvenienced to do her job and gave me a rude attitude. I will not buy here again.

Susie was brilliant.

She helped on every level, knowing what would work and what wouldn't. A complete new suit for our wedding was just so easy to get organised and with it needing to be taken up, the entire experience was flawless.

Even the cost was within reason.

The product, choice and overwhelmingly the service was exceptional.

Well done Connors, look after your team, some of them are just brilliant.

Exactly the same as every other Connor store. Has some good basics but a little too much "fast fashion" for my liking, making the brand wasteful and contributing to global sustainability issues.

Ordered a coat in as they didn’t have my size. Went to pick it up copped the rudest staff. First they couldn’t find the jacket. Kept asking me the name it was under and if I’d had a call. The manager got involved, still couldn’t find it. Said multiple times I had the receipt and manager said rudely ‘I don’t need it’. Finally realised it was an order not an alteration despite not asking me. Manager found it in under 20 seconds and just gave me the bag then walked off. Coat stuffed in a bag and crumpled. No apology for the accusing questions. Bad attitude and poor customer service.

Great place to shop for men’s casual and formal clothing. Staff are attentive and helpful. Many thanks to Jessica who was super awesome and helped us with formal suits and accessories.

Isabelle was our sales rep today and was absolutely amazing. We were shopping for my sons formal and she took care of everything. Making sure the suit was the correct cut, that it fitted correctly, that it actually suited him. She thought of everything. Her advice was second to none, her patience and customer service was exceptional. The store was super clean, amazing choice and all their team were so polite and super friendly.

The worst customer service by a lady in that store. Long black hair, she is pregnant. I can see she is just a simple employee and on a little wage because if she was the owner of that company she would act very different and treat customers with a different tone. Very rude woman. Needs to get out and let someone else do the job, someone that knows what they are doing and have learned customer service. If I had managed to get her namer i would put it up here, because she is not good at all and needs to go. Wake up Conner and get rid of this woman at the Garden City store. This happened on Thursday 14th July at around 11: 45am. There were 3 employees, she is the one with black hair. The other two looked at her like what are you doing, one woman employee who had blondish hair looked at her with disgust. I just walked out and bought nothing and left this rude woman with the item i was going to purchase in her hand.

Easy to locate. Good quality. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff members. Bought a really nice jacket with a sale they had on as the store always has sales on at least one of the stocked items.

Horrible cumstomer service by a girl that was at the register (black long hair in a ponytail).
I aked if they had a pair of shoes in a different size at the back.she responded with "NO! I know for a fact we don't, but I can check another store" she pouted her lips at me. I asked if she could check another store for me, she scanned the shoes and said wait! I didnt hear her properly and said sorry? She said Wait here and entertain yourself as she walked out the back. We waited, she came out and said Suprise! I found them.

The guy at te register and the young girl with mousey blonde hair on the other hand great customer service.

Great store size to house a variety of menswear products. Good quality suits for the price and the staff are very helpful and don't typically try to upsale. The jacket and shirt in this outfit were from this store and have since had the sleeves taken up through the store for a reasonable cost

Just served by Michelle, who was so efficient, kind and helped me find the best clothes on a budget. I was buying clothes for a funeral and Michelle listened, responded and all with a smile (under the mask of course), all while staffing the store by herself with multiple customers. Big help! Thanks Michelle!

Really great friendly service from Eddy been a while since I've needed a suit and he helped guide me through the process of selecting the right one despite it being new years eve and super hectic.

Would it have killed you if you updated store hours to let your customers know you're closed for renovations. Came to shop and greeted by closed doors instead. Its a - ***** for customer service from me.

We got some good service here. Even though they were busy the staff still got to everyone and didn't make u feel rushed.

Very happy with my customer service received from a young man who helped us get 4 champagne ties for our wedding in December. He called different stores to locate the ties since they did not sell in their store. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with his customer service. I do not recall his name but he had light hair. Thank-you so much for your help!

Customer service was perfect, I had a few questions and they were answered clearly and concisely. The prices are great, durable quality and they quite often have some sweet deals.

Great quality products from Connor. Never happen a small issue with the shorts and jeans I had for a long while. Always recommended place with friendly customer service.
