Les the owner is a champion, he really took care of me today making sure I got the right shoes at the right price, helped me pick out a sweet set of wheels and even gripped a deck for me. Such an awesome guy and great shop!

Very happy with price, product and how fast the online order was ready for dispatch, only thing that was painful was Aramex who delivered the product as there tracking is terrible and they didn’t even know where the product was but overall still 100% happy!

I’ve read the reviews and the one star reviews are pathetic. Good on you for the responses to the poor reviews I’d do the same. Gonna need some trucks and hardware for the deck soon and I will order it from this shop.

Horrible rude service. I drove for an hour to this shop today (Christmas Eve) to get my son his Christmas present and was refused entry as I didn't have a mask on - I explained that I have an exemption (which I should not even have to do) and they still wouldn't serve me.

Just called in late in the day to get some invisible socks. Yes, we are old! But, all they cared about was whether we had our masks on. No customer service at all. Husband looked at socks for a few minutes while shop staff chatted to eachother at the desk. We would have been an easy sale with probs a few upsells as well. Disappointing.

They are a great skate shop and I respect the people who work their and there dedication to the skateboarding scene in australia, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is to highlight the fact that the courier service they use 'Aramex' is unfortunately sub par. I would urge these guys to consider changing delivery services. Other then that they are a great skate shop and provide an awesome service.

You cannot ask for it! It in non of your Business.
As for ever spending another dollar in your store I will not.

Zero if I can! Bad service, lie. I did 2 order on Thursday 25 Feb 2021.the shop tell me they send out the item on next day Friday 26 Feb 2021.7 am Tuesday 2 March 2021I did sent email to cancel one of my order.because they not sent them out yet! And I calling them to asked to cancel but they said sent out my order already on last Friday then I asked for tracking Number, He said he will check and sent to my email. I got Tracking number at 17: 16 So tracking number tell me they just send out my order 02/03/2021 16: 19: 59 I did complain by telephone at 17: 15 why send out the order after I did cancel? He disregard and hang up the phone. I'm very disappointed.other order arrived on today. If the manager of shop or the owner of business can see my complains.please do somethings in my case. I will follow up.

Terrible experience and customer service. Stock isn't even correctly listed on their website. Should offer refunds considering they can't do anything else right.

Excellent communication, had a pretty big order of around $800 and nothing was missed, swapped out or damaged. Arrived super quick as well. Highly recommend.

Zane and Les have hooked me up with an amazing custom built Santa Cruz retro deck, Zane really knows his products and listened and understood what i wanted the skateboard for. We then went through each part one by one to get the best board exactly right. Its rides so smooth, best board i've had to date! Thanks Concrete Lines crew
