I gave a 5 star review as I am very happy, greatful and appreciative to this company for all the help over the years and today, giving me guidance and support and advice for one of the gaming computers. I would highly recommend this company for all your computer needs advice and support thank you so much I appreciate the help you have given me.

After countless different stores I’ve gone to for my computer no one could pinpoint the problem until I came here. Jase was very kind and knowledgeable with the issue and got the issue sorted out quickly. I cannot recommend this store enough!

Went here yesterday looking for an odd request. Sorted it out in 30 seconds. I went to other computer shops and they looked at me stupid and said we cant get that. I thank Concorde for use of their brain (where others failed) to help me get the ARGB running on my pc and it looks great. I was not charged money and I received 2 cables which might fit (only one did) and I said thanks mate. Problem was the cpu cooler light had a different plug to the same model fans. I soldered the right one on. This is my old rig, 2011 model i7 p9x79 pro in a 20 year old case, modded to fit radiator using 3d printed parts. It's my streaming RIG now

An absolutely amazing Australian business, I purchased a gaming pc for my son we are from Melbourne, I dealt with “Jase” and he had nothing but time for me, Australia needs more businesses like this!

Today was my third visit to the store for upgrades and advice. Customer service is amazing with a simple greeting at the door and I was attended too and as soon as he finished with the customers helping.

After a quick look Jase was able to find, fix and even teach me where my issue was quickly.

Great prices on services and very reasonable priced parts with good range of options.

Brought the pc back in for further trouble shooting after an installation and didn't charge any extra over what was initially quoted, went above and beyond to contact the store I purchased the problem component from to notify them if appeared to be faulty, and assured me of support going forward. We were initially very excited to receive this computer. I ordered a custom gaming computer with LED light up case for my 10yo son. It arrived and he loved playing games as it was faster than his old one. Within a very short period (I think a week or so) the PC started making a loud clicking noise. It was so loud you could hear it in other rooms of the house, and it was very annoying to use. Jase actually came to our house to fix it - the issue was that the fan was hitting the custom case. So we thought everything was fine.but a couple of months later it started doing a similar thing. The fan is incredibly loud and if we tap the PC tower, sometimes it will stop, other times it doesn't. I've emailed Jase two or three times and had no response. This is supposed to be under warranty, but now I have a $1000+ computer that is only 6 months old, sitting unused because none of us can stand the noise.

Staff really lovely and helpful repairing our laptop that wouldn't turn on (replacing both the charging port and the battery within a few days). Really happy with their service and will definitely be returning if we ever need to.

Engages in shady scalping practices on eBay to deliver seemingly low prices. Avoid if you don't want to get ripped off.

I have 0 clue how to create a PC and these fella's did it for me. My PC had an error and these lads helped me fix it. I could not recommend them enough for people who want a PC but have no clue how to make them. Ver helpful and responsive, getting a PC from them was the best decision I could have possibly made.

Concorde computers upgraded my computer, same day service a very reasonable cost. They missed my initial phone call but called me back. Thanks

Went down the other day having a PC problem and have to say the guy working hear is really good. He was not only able to find the problem with my pc but also speak with the people who supplied it to me.
