Booked in last minute for the RF skin tightening treatment that I had not had before. Serena tan me through the expectation and made sure I was comfortable before we began. She was very skilled and it was very relaxing. She was super knowledgeable and I was very happy with the results straight afterwards too!

and was rudely told I was not allowed in for my appointment! I was a regular customer every 5 weeks spending $300+ and always had to wait 10-20 minutes before I could go in for my appointments!
Never once did I complain about it!

I previously left a 5 star review for Complete Skin and Beauty, however I’ve since returned after having such a great experience and was disappointed. I originally approached them for help with eyelash extensions and was really pleased with what they did; however the staff who assisted me on that occasion have not been sighted by me since. I had mega volume lashes applied but within 24 hours I had lost more than ten lash extensions. Within 48 hrs the same had occurred and there was a notable difference between my eyes. I made a couple of calls to the salon to push for an early refill which was eventually facilitated, however the same situation occurred. The tech did not clean my lashes at any stage and I feel this may have contributed to the issue. I attended the salon to advise that there had been further significant loss and have heard nothing more. I am now attending an alternative salon with better results.

In short; nice people, questionable results!

We have been to 2 different practitioners and were under the impression that electrolysis was very painful. My daughter would struggle through each session and cry. But today, she had a less stressful experience and felt relaxed. It was manageable pain wise and my daughter felt reassured with her approach and knowledge. Definitely return and recommend.
