Salon is always clean and fresh. Staff are always friendly and helpful, accommodating to your needs and quick service. Great place to just step out on your lunch break for treatments, make sure you make an appointment as they do get busy.

Unfortunately went in for a colour correction for my faded eyebrow tattoos (slightly pink) (costing $199) and was told the bright orange ink used would DEFINITELY disappear after 2 weeks, and then 4 weeks and then 6 weeks. The therapist promised me I would not be left with yellow eyebrows. Despite the ladies trying very hard to resolve the colour, I was left with neon orange eyebrows after 4 months which they offered to correct again with normal brown pigment for free. I was not game to go again after the failed attempt and ended up paying $600 at another salon for them to be fixed; which thankfully was a great job. Beware of colour corrections. I should have been offered a refund of the original price along with compensation.

From the moment i walked through the doors i was met with beaming smiles and a warm welcome! Nikita was incredible with all of my consultations and treatments and i could not recommend Nikita or this establishment highly enough. Do yourself a favour and book your next appointment now.

Everything was amazing. The gentleman at reception kindly squeezed me in. My therapist was knowledgeable and friendly and the treatment (microdermabrasion) was exactly what my skin needed. I will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, good information, great tanning facilities. Unfortunately my tan washed off more than expected in the second shower so I wasn't as tanned as I wanted to be. But all skin types are different. Also most of my tan is gone 4 to 5 days later. Luckily it was mainly for a Wedding.

I enjoyed getting my eyelash extensions done (just regualr eyelashes extensions) by Maddie. Maddie gave such a great job and service. Since then, I visited this clinic every 2 weeks.

Only recently, I started getting another type of eyelash extensions - that is Russian Volume Eyelashes. The very next day I've got the operation, I noticed the lashes (especially the front and back sides) were empty and missing. So, I took a photo and sent them as feedback - for the first time since I've attend this clinic.

I wouldn't have normally complaint and I just wanted to check with them for their opinion first about if it was normal (becauae my eyelashes were short and weak after just one day). I haven't got a reply back. So, I visited another clinic for other lash professionals' advice, and they recommended me to take them off and do it all over again and that my eyelashes were majority missing (front side especially).

I didn't get a reply. So, I contacted them again for their opinion. The reply I got was not impressive. There was no resolution and support. This clinic basically replied to me to just go to another clinic instead to fix it.

Not happy with how their customer service works as this was the first feedback I sent since I attended this clinic for a multiple times and I've already recommended this clinic to my friends and coworkers to visit as well. However, I wouldn't recommend this place anymore due to the poor customer service side. Thank you.

I am so happy to have found Complete Skin & Beauty at McArthur Central. The staff are always highly friendly, professional and accomodating. The store itself is always clean and neat. This is my go to beautician in Brisbane!
