Nice reception area for the small space. Always happily welcomed and never left waiting for long. I've only been twice so far but each time I was cared for by a different technician and both ladies were professional, efficient, kind and kept up conversation, no awkwardness, which when getting a Brazilian wax can make for an awkward 20 minutes haha. Results were equally great and the after-care cream in Pomegranate smells so divine!

I have been here several times for a variety of services (waxing, eyebrows) they are always so lovely and friendly, I recently had a facial and Aisha was so lovely, she was knowledgeable making a list of skin care products my skin would benefit from, I have no idea about skin care so this was amazing for me to start, it wonderful relaxing experience cannot thank her enough

I always get my eyebrow waxing and tinting done here and everytime they have done a wonderful job. My last visit however was probably the best shape I have ever had. The staff are always friendly and accommodating also.

I recently saw Kaitlen at Complete Skin and Beauty and I cannot recommend her enough! This is probably one of the best waxing experiences I have had! Kaitlen listened to what I wanted and used her professional judgement. I’ve left with no irritation, no discomfort and a result that you want everytime. She made me feel comfortable too which is always nice to see as managing professionalism and friendliness is not an easy task!

I’ve been going to these girls for years to get my eyebrows waxed tinted or henna and I highly recommend them, they are absolutely perfectionist when it comes to you personally wanting an amazing brow, they take their time and the end results are amazing and leaves you satisfied, very much highly recommend going here if you are a person like me that likes your brows being on point, don’t ever be too afraid to tell them what you want and like they will do everything best to help!

I can book via my app, I earn points for each visit which surprisingly come in handy. Plush rooms, private and relaxing for all the services I have booked. Ideal. I have been more than happy to return over and again.

All the ladies at the Mango Hill clinic are always so lovely and professional. Especially my girl Rhiannon who is THE best beauty therapist! Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and professional. They are also very efficient but never feel rushed, even when they are busy.

Customer service is always great and always go here for my eyebrows and any skin treatments as the consistency of quality means you never have to worry that your eyebrows will look bad, like a lot of people worry about.
