Complete Framing

Buyer BEWARE - if you leave the shop for less than an hour like I did and come back asking to cancel part of the order, these guys will not refund a single cent. They will ask if you want to leave a deposit, like its an option when you place the order, but you won't get any of it back ever. There are also no signs up (or at least there weren't on the 7.4.20) to warn you. While No Refunds is in small print at the bottom of the invoice you only get this after you have paid the deposit and cant do anything about it. I called the owner Andrew hoping to discuss the matter and find a reasonable solution - retail is tough especially now and as a fellow local thought we might reach some kind of compromise. He was not interested so 50% of the $172 they wanted to charge me for a very small frame has been kept. Good luck doing business with these guys! FYI - I have never left a negative review for anyone but people need to know about these guys - its just not right to be doing business like this in this day and age.

I have had a number of prints and paintings framed by Andrew and Frank and they always exceed expectations.

I would only trust Frank to frame the art I collect on overseas trips. Each meticulously designed frame is a work of art on its own which highlights the character of the framed art.

I have now relied on Andrew and his team to frame several very special items. One was a pencil caricature of my favorite Uncle sketched on the Kokoda Trail during WW2. It was very delicate and obviously old. Andrew did a fabulous job reframing it for me. The second was a photo of my Dad as a young man probably taken in around 1930. Again a masterful piece of work on a special and delicate item. I cannot speak highly enough of the teams professionalism on top of the fact that they are incredibly easy to deal with every time I go there.

I highly reconmend this business. Friendly, helpful and professional. These guys know what they are doing and don't charge the earth! So happy with my picture.
