Had a little hicup with communication to start, however they were quick to rectify the situation and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my requirements were met. It certainly showed me how genuine a company they are. They strive to ensure every customer is a happy and satisfied one. The install was seamless and the end result was nothing short of perfect. Every element of the process was excellent with Complete Blinds. From super prompt reply to my online enquiry, a quote the same afternoon through to actually ordering curtains. Was advised fabric choice was delayed due to batch quality but provided with options to stick to plan & wait longer or change colour. This simply reflects the pride they have in their product to not sell subpar fabric so happy to change colour. Installed yesterday & they are stunning! Completely changes the feel of the rooms & even my husband is thrilled with the outcome. Fellow who installed was punctual, polite, tidy and took all rubbish away which we appreciate. Some trades leave a mess so this stood out. Highly recommend personally & also as a consultant for Dulux I will share their info to my own clients. Thank you guys, Lisa
