Customer beware; this company offers poor service and after support.
They failed to properly get our new hardwired Sonos systems working correctly despite spending over 15k.

In response to your completely misleading comments, you failed to set up the system from the beginning properly. Your staff are not experienced, and you failed to get the kitchen system going regardless of the TV.
You then walked away from the problem, further demonstrating your company's lack of professionalism.

I could not be happier with the service I received at Complete Audio Maroochydore. I went to the store with only a vague idea of what was available in my budget range. Tony and his team took their time to fully understand what I was looking for and then showed me a number options both below and slightly above my budget, that would suit my needs. This store allows you to listen to a range of quality hi-fi brands in a comfortable, relaxed environment. Tony is very knowledgable and is happy to discuss the pros and cons of the different options.
I ended up with a quality hi-fi that exceeded my expectations. The price was very competitive and Tony and his team installed my system ensuring a hassle free process.
If you are looking for high quality hi-fi and excellent customer service then this place is hard to beat.

Customer service over the phone was very good, I asked why there was a sound coming from my speakers when there was no signal just volume up, not only did they tell me what could be the problem but explained how to eliminate potential problems, very nice people.

Since there were no retailers of the rega turntables in my area, I had to mail order one. I chose complete audio as they were the closest to me. As the one I wanted was not in stock they had to order it in. My order arrived at my door a week later, excellent service from these guys.

Cannot recommend Andrew M, and Complete Audio, highly enough. I wanted a sound system and TV's installed my new apartment. Throughout the process Andrew’s knowledge and experience was invaluable. He was very accessible and answered all my questions, and even pre-empting some of them. The equipment we purchased is excellent and Andrew’s follow up service was outstanding. Exactly what I was looking for.

Tony and team have been amazing, they helped me with the purchase of SVS subwoofer. Tony even called to check whether I had received the subwoofer.

Such amazing customer service here. Wanted to talk to someone really qualified about sound quality, brands and the best for our requirements. Well, we got this to an outstanding level from Andy and his team. He was in no hurry, spent an hour with us easy. At the touch of a button we got to sample so much gear. We chose the music we wanted to hear. Not interested in upselling us, just wanted us to find what we wanted with regards price and sound quality. A very friendly welcoming atmosphere in this shop.

This place is a rare delicious find. Rod and Andrew were great! No judgement in wanting a simple cheaply priced sound system. Their quality customer service didn't rush us in any way and their guidance was spot on. We are so very happy we did the drive from Tewantin to find them. Love our purchase and really appreciated their care. They have a dedicated car park in the shade far from the madding crowds.

I have bought a few items from the guys, this is probably one of the only places where you can listen to the gear before you buy. I wish they were closer. If you are thinking of buying stero equipment you definitely should talk to them

Telephoned last Saturday 30 minutes before shop close about a specific cable I needed. The response and willingness to help, on old UK equipment that migrated with me 2 years ago, was splendid. I visited the store today and was, yet again, impressed by them. I got what I needed and also decided that Complete Audio would be where I start when looking to update my systems. There is much to be said in favour of Australian family owned and operated businesses.

This is more a quality to high end audio store. Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Small carpark at rear of store. Good display and working set up. Good problem solvers.

I needed to replace my stereo amplifier. Went to Complete Audio, got some very professional and helpful advice. Their recommended Denon PMA600 amplifier has met my requirements perfectly. Sound quality and power is simply excellent. The price was very reasonable for an amp of this quality.
These guys know their business and provide helpful and friendly service.

Bought some speakers and got help with information on improving my audio setup with my record player. The knowledge and enthusiasm is extensive. I acquired all the information I needed to get my record player sounding amazing and I felt reassured parting with my money due to their technical knowledge. This is my amended review from the initial one star rating I gave you. As I mentioned in my earlier review it was nothing you guys did but rather the handling from the couriers perspective. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the transaction, especially Andrew McKechnie, who really went out of his way to assist with the courier debacle. I don't really want to go into the dog issue except to say that it was brought to everyone's attention that I had dogs.neither of which are dangerous. However in the end you guys made it happen and I am extremely grateful. I am now enjoying this great amp. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for audio equipment.
However I do wish you could negotiate to use different courier company.

As a rule I do not make comments on goods or services, however the service we receive from Tony and the team at Complete Audio is quite unique and so I feel it appropriate to comment on the extraordinary level of personal service and advice which the team at Complete Audio offer.
The team has a unique level of experience in Visual and audio products, they have advised us on televisions, comprehensive and complex home audio systems for over 12 years.
Anyone seeking an understanding and independent view of the audio market should go no further than contacting Tony and Andrew at Complete Audio.
It goes without saying I have no association with this organisation apart from being a very satisfied customer.

Don't bother going there, the customer service is terrible!
I went in to buy a $1000 item, the sales person could not be bothered what so ever - in fact it almost seemed as if he didn't want to go through a sale process.
He kept stalling on the sound demo and couldn't even get it to work. His attitude was pushy, and a little curt. I ended up walking out I was so disgusted with his 'couldn't care less' attitude.
I feel sorry for the owner of that business with staff like that.
You lost a 1,100 sale today.silly boy.
