Community Plus+ Yeronga Community Centre

The brand new Yeronga community centre is an absolute Delight. I had Christmas lunch there which was its first ever function politicians of all sorts were there it had taken 10 years to organise to get this particular community center up and going. Kudos and great respect to everybody who was involved. The first function was Christmas luncheon and absolute Delight and I have photos as well

Essential community service. Need more like this to really raise our status as a city or nation.

This community facility is just amazing, you can get a meal, or use the wi-fi and there is arts and crafts craftsmanship down the back. WONDERFUL.

Just a couple of visits, so far. The staff appear to be helpful and sincere. They conduct a "barbecue breaky" regularly that I've been told is great. Free also. Staff are more than just OK, I've heard from just a few "Clients" who have benefited from the Community Centre's advisory and support staff, - good reports. Pleasant surroundings, close to road and rail tpt, smallish car park, and curbside parking.

This is a great little community centre. They were great help with food and emergency financial aid. Thank you Yeronga community centre.

What a bunch of ANGELS who care and helpful in this time of crisis! There love and concern for every individual was just so comforting. Helped with filling out questions for flood relief, Centerlink personal were there salvo's and RedCross. The volunteers who gave there time to be there to help ia anyway possible making Tea, Coffee, cold softdrinks and chilled water, food from sandwiches, meals cooked and in conatiners ready to eat, cakes biscuits all I might add jome cooked with loads of LOVE. I personally would like to thank these ANGELS for there generosity understanding, compassion and love and support forever indebted to you all you'll never be forgotten in my heart. Regards Geraldine.

Absolutely awesome staff. The amenities and set up for the floods recovery centre were superb. So good to see a community centre for the community and bringing everyone together.

I am thankful with the advice and help from their staff here, specially to Ma'am Kylee Conlon for helping me out of what to do in court over my bond money dispute. Thank you so much for your help and free bread.

I thought this was a good organisation but how wrong I was. I previously dealt with this organisation for tenancy issues but never again will I return back after the way I was treated. It comes across, that the Yeronga Community Centre is very unkind towards people with disabilities and vulnerable people. The latest was I dealt with them for food help, and PJ there, treated me in a very rude and undignified way and she was very unpleasant towards me. I made an email and Facebook complaint to them and their manager Mel months ago and they refused to get back to me in the hope I would give up. I believe this emotional abuse is due to them having a lot of power over you. It’s disgusting and discourteous. I placed this complaint on their Facebook page, and it was immediately deleted. It shows how inconsiderate and abusive they are.

The staff are always welcoming.
And serve up a lovely morning tea on a Thursday morning. ️
