Community Kids Child Care and Education Hub Deception Bay

The centre has a great atmosphere and I felt very welcomed by management when I came for a tour.

This centre is amazing. The new management really listen to any concerns you may have and find solutions. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough to anyone who is after care for their child. The family atmosphere and care they show to every child is beyond.

This center is amazing the staff and mangement team are all very inviting. The center always tries to involve the community witch is a great way to create a connection with the familys. Every day you see kids getting involved in hands on actives and all having fun. This center has been the best one for my children and my family i would highly recommend this service to any new familys as they take all ages and it works in well for parents with a busy schedule.

Awesome place for your little ones. They helped me when I had no help to get my children to daycare due to car being in an accident and I have been so greatful. The ladies are beautiful and I love speaking to them about my children that go to dayone. You will not be disappointed my children have learned so much and they love love the swimming program.:)

Both my kids love going to daycare, not only are their teachers amazing but so are all the educators. Constantly go above and beyond to make both my kids feel happy and safe within the environment. So family friendly and listen to your concerns and needs for your children.

The After school care is amazing. My son and grandson love going their every afternoon. They have made heaps of friends and I love how the staff are friendly and honest.

My children attend the before and after school care, hands down best centre I have ever had my children in, staff are friendly and approachable, would recommend this centre to everyone

A nice large centre that supports all your families and children needs. My son loved his time at the service during vacation care last holidays.

Under new management at their dbay location. The staff where rude to both my son and I giving us dirty looks and walking away. They did not acknowledge both my son or I on drop offs. They never asked questions to learn about the child or any other important information. Being new staff to the centre and the way the acted was highly unacceptable. P.s to there reply my email isn't my real name and my son was enrolled at this centre b4 new management and 2 days after and I pulled him out straight away

Hands down this has been the best place I've sent my kids, staff are absolutely fantastic and so friendly, I have a child in the nursery he loves it, and a child in pre-Kindy half the time she doesn't want to leave cause she loves it that much.

Thank you Community Kids, you have change my children's prospective on playing and learning with other kids.

My kids love going here! Staff are very friendly, outgoing and professional. I have one child in the nursery and the other goes to before and after school care. It's great that they drop my eldest child off at school and pick her up in the afternoons. They provide breakfast and afternoon tea for my eldest and all meals, nappies and milk for my youngest. I love checking the app while I'm at work and seeing photos of the activities they're doing that day. I would highly reccomend.

Very comfortable and a good piece of mind dropping my son there each morning knowing he loves it there! Being able to see what his day consists of through the Xplor app and just having a positive relationship with the educators It’s really amazing:)

I have been a parent for a long time at the centre and i have seen a huge improvement over the last few years with the quality of care, resources and appearance of the centre. It just keeps getting better. The staff are committed to making every family feel like they are their priority and they should all be congratulated for all that they do. My children love coming to the centre and im proud to tell people that this is our centre. Thanks everyone at community kids!

Community kids are amazing the staff are so friendly and my little Mr absolutely loves going there and learning soo much he has developed alot more since going.

The staff are friendly and care for my children like their own. They all go above and beyond to accommodate for any requests or needs for my children. In the 7 years we have been there the centre has grown into a family environment that i now call my children's second home.

Both my children went here in their early years so about 10 years all up. The staff are wonderful and really care about the kids and the kids in return adore the staff. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this place

I have a child in the nursery at Community Kids Deception Bay, and highly recommend Miss Nat and the Community Kids team. Miss Nat has made the transition into daycare so easy for both my son and myself. The centre itself is lovely; clean, bright and wonderfully decorated for the kids. I love logging into the app and viewing the updates throughout the day. A great child care with terrific staff.

My daughter attends the centre and i could not be happier with the care provided for her. The environment is warm and friendly and the staff are amazing, they provide a rich and stimulating variety of experiences. Danni and Mel go above and beyond to help the families and make you feel like you are a part of a small community.

My children have previously attended this centre, I can not recommend the centre enough. Amazing staff throughout, I was put at ease when having to leave my kids to go to work. The nature and atmosphere in the centre is bubbly vibrant and warm welcoming. The girls take the children on as if they are their own. Management in the centre are of the highest, no issue or demand was ever too much and we were always put first.
Our children will definitely be attending the vaction care programs.
