Community Kids Broadbeach Waters

I can say hand on heart that our daughter never came home unhappy from this centre. It’s a fantastic place where the kids are loved.

I came today for a tour and have been welcomed by Rosa.
Even if it was "one of this day" Rosa made me fell reassure by the care her and the other educators are providing.
She was making sure all the little ones were doing well: a caring world, a warm cuddle,
Rosa is definitely a gem

We LOVE this centre and its' beautiful, warm, caring staff. Our son has attended since 8 month old, and it's great to know he is in good hands. He is always happy and having a wonderful time at pick up. The staff do daily art / craft activities, and have a big focus on sustainability and community. So grateful to have this support for our family.

My daughter has attended here for over two years. Each step of the way the staff have been great communicators, carers and educators.
The management team listens and acts on any concerns or questions that you might have, the educators are knowledgeable, warm and have a genuine love for the children in their care.

My kids love their kindy and I recommend and trust their work and I know my kids are totally safe in their hands, thank for providing professional and loving care to our childrens!

An amazing team support your child and respond to their needs. Indoor outdoor play available. Beautiful furnishings have newly been installed. Fresh healthy meals and snacks. When I take my child to this kindy I know she will be cared for with respect and warmth

For a parent to leave their child in the care of other's is a very scary thought. When I came for a walk through of this centre I had an educator named Rosie greet myself and eldest son. She was warm, bubbly and extremely informative. She gave us all of her attention and alot of her time to welcome us and make us feel needed and wanted to join this little community here at Broadbeach Waters. I rang the centre every day for a year and a educator was always available and eager to speak with me to tell me about my son's day and how he was feeling. Years later I have my youngest son attending this centre he absolutely loves it and we have gained great friends and have founded a wonderful sense of community since joining this fantastic centre.

The team build a very professional yet friendly atmosphere which gives me confidence that my daughter is being cared for in a nuturing and safe environment. I transferred from another centre early 2020 and it has been a wonderful experience. My daughter is happy and relaxed at drop off and eager to see her friends and teachers everyday. The communication from the teachers about the centre and my daughters day is exceptional. I didn't know what I was missing at the previous centre until I transferred here - I wish we'd moved sooner! Highly recommended!

Both my girls moved here from another center. They are happier than ever since transitioning. All staff are so loving towards my daughters and would recommend to anyone.

The staff are so helping and quick to help you should you require to change or add more days. The facilities are great and always have special programs for the kids for learning. Highly recommended

The staff at community kids Broadbeach Waters are amazing. It’s a hard thing to drop your baby off and trust that they will be safe and happy but after watching my babies face light up when I drop him off I can see that his teachers take good care of him. They are all so lovely and very accommodating to my and my babies needs. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Do not send your child here if they are being assessed for special needs or have special/additional needs. Management is more focused on profit rather than the children. Had a particularly bad experience with a manager. She showed bad management skills. Was in it to win a popularity contest. Showed absolutely no interest in applying for a childcare support worker. Bless the workers there but they seemed to have limited experience. I have since learned that at least 4 other families left the centre. All for different reasons but nonetheless for issues based on her inability to manage. She was out of her depth. I removed my child as there was something going on with escalated behaviour. It was a nightmare. Sheree lied to her staff by telling them my child was asked to leave. The centre fees are high so you would expect a higher level of care from management.

All of the staff at Community Kids Broadbeach are very warm and welcoming. They care very much for all the children. I can’t think of any better place to take my children to. The staff are well respected amongst the parent community.

The amazing staff, great weekly menus with fantastic cooking and the beautiful atmosphere at this centre make it one of the best on the coast! I would recommend this to everyone.

All the staff are amazing and so friendly. You can see how they all genuinely care for the kids and I couldn't recommend Community Kids enough!

I absolutely love this centre! All the educators are always so welcoming and amazing with the children. The management are always very understanding and go out of their way to help you. Community kids broadbeach waters are like a big family and my kids are always happy to be there. Would recommend 100%

We have had our little angel with this childcare for over 2 years now, and we could not be happier. All the educators are amazing. The care and love provided at this kindy is beyond imaginable, and I feel hugely grateful to have had this awesome experience during the early years where we had no choice but to both be working full time. It is wonderful to have had this great support and happy environment for my child to grow and learn in. We will miss the kindy so much when we are off to big school next year xo

I have found Broadbeach Community Kids to be highly experienced facility with carers that have a genuine love and understanding of children. My 19 month old enjoys going to daycare as a result of their wonderful carers.
