Communify Queensland reviews
16 Too early to tell. Will spend more time evaluating their performance and do further reviews or updates.
Staff were friendly but it remains to be seen whether they can perform tasks the government is paying them to perform?
Can be a little challenging to park if rqd - due to location on busy road - Jubilee Tce. I'm currently ENJOYING classes with a Dance Troop -FREE Part of Brisbane Festival 2023
They've been a great help! Hayley was able to help in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Community to anyone who needs assistance with buying food at times. Give them a call if you fall on hard times. Thank you Communify! For all the great work you do.
Safe space is a space that I have accessed many of times. I always come away feeling safer and calmer then when entering. Even when not in crisis, accessing the dpace to support me to continue feeling well helps. The workers are caring, compassionate, and take a person-centred approach. They will go out of their way to support where needed. I couldn't recommend safe space Bardon enough.
I updated my rating. Sorry I lost my temper and gave a bad rating. I think we're imperfect at times
Went to an art therapy group today for the first time. I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted to go but bit the bullet and had a great time! I ended up making stickers for my guitar and ukelele
Dreadful. I understand that some people are poor or struggling and sometimes need food or assistance, but giving people rotten inedible food is degrading and down right wrong.
Went to get assistance with some things today. It was awesome, And the staff were excellent. And even one girl who didn't work there was very helpful.
I simply cannot fault this little place. Extremely Helpful in so many ways. Lovely Staff always friendly and greet you with a smile, without judgement! I appreciate all the help I have received. I also find that there is nothing wrong with this little building, after reading a review, I find if you are going to complain and go on about the council then don’t go there. There is nothing wrong inside nor outside. Spotlessly clean inside and outside a pleasant little spot with much greenery where many of us sit for a coffee or a simple chat. Miranda is one of the best team members so if you have an issue, have a quiet chat with Miranda. There is no need for leaving negative feedback. Seriously!
Hired the Paddington Hall for a back up option for my son's birthday due to wet weather. The size of the hall was good but I was relying on the use of the kitchen facilities. The state of the kitchen was disgusting. The fridge was full of mould and rotten food. Stunk. I emailed to explain the condition and inability to use and got no response.
Great community facility in a great location. Seems to be pretty booked out, dance classes, choir, sport etc.
One issue that seems to be a factor in all community facilities is the lack of upkeep. Not sure who’s responsible for maintenance but when a place is booked out there must be money coming in? However, a tidy up/clean up inside and out would make it seem less like a rather tired, deserted building. Council needs to lift its game!
Really great team here. I did a delivery here of donated stock from a variety of retailers and the team was friendly and collected it to offer it to the people outside who were in need of some food. They were very friendly and were appreciative of the donation from ozharvest.
This centre and staff have helped me so much, and i have met some really lovely people. They do so much for the community and i really appreciate all their support.
Love this place! Communify a great place and the people who organise the various activities and groups here are the most helpful, friendly and kind people I've ever met. You can get free food at the Pantry, go on day trips, learn new skills and make friends.and much more. Communify is an asset to the people of Brisbane.
Very nice people and willing to help. I took a client there who needed help. They helped instantly as soon as they got to know the condition and circumstances. Great job, salute you. My words wouldn't be enough.
