44 Went out of their way to help me switch over my mini Tamiya to a Dean's plug. Had a small issue and went above and beyond, better than other stores. Even offered by the tech to drop it to me after he finished work Saturday night. Would not hesitate to get them to do any upgrades or repairs to my blasters.

New store manager was such a great help, and helped me pick out the gear I was after! Definitely a change for the better and I look forward to coming back more
Very unprofessional. Was told my upgrades would be done within a week or two. Was even told a Technician would call me with in a few days after receiving my pistol. 10 days later no call. An no reply to my email or msg. To call up today to speak to someone that sounds high as a kite. Who didn't even no what he was doing. To now being told they have no idea when they will be able to look at it. Or do anything. Can't even replace the bad mag they sold with the gun. Would not recommend them

In 2020 i purchased a gel blaster pistol from them. Was initially advised by Ipswich store that I would get a refund once authorised. Didnt happen. Then they advised to swap it for another gel blaster pistol (have emails) they did not honour that. Made an application to QCAT was dismissed due to QCAT posting letter to an old address after advising the courts of the change. Fast forward to March 2022. The Salisbury store still has my blaster. Have emailed them for its return with no reply. So the have my money and blaster. Absolutely pathetic customer service and the products, from my experience, are completely rubbish. Tactical Edge Hobbies all the way. Further to this review, I have now heard back from the manager CEH sold my blaster while the complaint was going through QCAT to "recover costs". Was not advised that the blaster was being sold as per the legislative requirements. Its only $400, however im now going to take legal action just for the principle.
Did an online order, which I then had to cancel within 1 hour.
Got the "it's already at the post office" excuse, couldn't be refunded.
Very frustrated. Not ensure thats entirely legal under consumer law.might see what department of fair trade says about that.
Great bunch of guys and great products with a wealth of knowledge. I had a few issues with an unfortunately faulty charger and they went above and beyond to make sure it was all rectified even when they didn’t have to. They offered me advice on my products and suggested the best solutions to get them running correctly as well as supplying me with a much much better charger for practically free. Will be coming back to this store every time, 10/10.
My gun as been at the shop for 3 weeks for repairs. Not one phone until I ring then get a promise by the owner that I will have it the next, go to the shop to pick it up not ready. Not a phone call to tell me.
Sold me a faulty product all staff agreed it’s faulty but there boss Carl wouldn’t refund me. Stay away from these guys if you like your gel shop to care about you at all. Money hungry
I had an ordeal with this shop for several months. I bought a custom blaster for $700. It didn't last longer than a game before breaking. I had to take it in 5 times to get fixed.
Each time it was fixed it took about a week to get back. The last time I had it repaired I was guaranteed by an employee to get a refund.
The last time I refused to accept a repair and requested a refund, this persisted for 2 months where I had to call and remind them of the refund. Then I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund, I had to remind them of consumer laws and then the owner called me and offered me a 80% refund in cash and 20% in credit.
I was told that the blaster had nylon gears instead of the advertised metal gears, almost everything broke on this blaster at different times.
Everytime I go in the customer service gets worse.
I send in a m10 green gas revolver gel blaster to get repairs as it was leaking gas, after taking it in twice for the same problem that said and lied saying they fixed the leak. So I was over it because I wasn’t going to take it in to hopefully get it fixed the 3rd time. So I then opened it up and repaired the simple un lubricated O-ring gas leak within 10mins. They are just simply lazy and poorly done business that lies about repairs
Did not even let me refund for cash back even tho i had not picked it up yet and i had only bought it like 3 days before (update 19/3/21 7 months later still
no refund or product so my money has been stolen and i have nothing to show for it im 14 and paid 76$ dollars was the money i had been saving for months have tried to contact staff and have been ignored i am disappinted that a company would do this!)
I’ve never had many problems with CEH before, but recently seeing how they handle business and information for customers is beyond ridiculous.
This review mainly is due to Carl’s interactions on Facebook as well as whoever is in charge of responding on the CEH fb page. Your customers always ask you a question about your products, and when the product doesn’t function in the way they want or when they call out a flaw, you delete their comments.
I am specifically talking about the recent Beretta update. Questions of customers regarding safety function/logos and trades, or their disappointment in the change in what was promised. CEH has done absolutely nothing but leave customers in the dark and delete comments that they deem to be ‘derogatory’. People asking whether your products function a certain way is not derogatory. You should be able to answer these questions immediately. But when you can’t (for some shady reason) you delete the comment in hopes to hide the flaw from potential future customers. You’re hiding all the flaws and cons of a product so that customers are less likely to refund.
CEH is the perfect example of how not to run a business. The employees are fantastic, the higher-ups of CEH are incompetent. Just ensuring a quick buck by giving the customer as little information as possible.
These guys used to be good but i feel since gelsoft has exploded in popularity they've stopped given a $#it and only cares about $$$. Customer service has been horrible and i gave them plenty of opportunity sadly it did not get any better.ordered online and wrong parts were sent smh
Had my SLR fixed here and am thoroughly impressed. Where another company used a dodgy trigger, the CEH techs offered me a cheap metal trigger that actually works using their superior knowledge and they threw on my new buffer tube for no extra cost. Very happy and will be back in the future.
Good range with lots of custom gear, paid a small fortune for a blaster which stopped working before the first game, but in all fairness they fixed it under warranty and it has been great ever since. Their tech staff are awesome, for high-end gear they are worth a look
Helped me attach a hop up and a silencer to my blaster for free. I didn't even buy the blaster from them.great bunch of dudes, very helpful and understanding about my questions as I'm new to the hobby.
I had a issue with getting a p1 mag, issue was quickly solved by Gemma who was very helpful in getting my issue solved as fast as possible! You guys have definitely made a new customer!
Horrible, spent over 300, waited 5now, no product, now owner is refusing refund and im forced to go to police to get bak my money, hopeless service and a straight out lier of an owner, then responds on here with total lies, won't respond to fair trading, so now going to court, total dog of a person
