Purchased 2 batteries after showing the shop assistant what I wanted with a photo. He supplied me with 2 batteries each boxed independently and told me this is what I needed. I didn't open the box to check. Paid a premium price for both assuming the product was identical to what I showed.
Left and checked the batteries and were completely different to what I showed and not what I needed.
Went back to the store within 15mins and explained what was wrong and requested a refund. Sorry, we don't do refunds! Are you serious? You supplied the wrong product! Yep, store policy is no refunds even if the store is at fault. Very annoyed, ended up exchanging the wrong batteries for batteries that are less wrong and might work.
This policy is an absolute farce and in breach of Australian consumer law.
Keep away is all I can suggest

Poorly stocked. Takes forever to get blaster back from getting fixed and just over all has gone down hill.

Bought my first Gel Blaster here and couldn't be happier, pricing is competeive and the staff were above and beyond what I expected. You can tell that they have a real love for the sport and hobby and are extremely knowledgeable. Will be buying from here again.

These guys are great! Always helpful and was able to have a barrell custom made and ready to collect at store NEXT DAY! Happily fitted and tested with no problems. Great business, service and great staff!

Awesome staff and extremely helpful. Also good knowledge and very welcoming. The atomic armoury products have been a positive for me so far especially there gells. I do recommend other's to come down to the Toowoomba store to go in and get to know the staff. Can not wait to see what other stock arrives in the future.
