If you want to learn BJJ this is the place. Great coaching that mixes the fundamentals and advanced techniques really well, giving a lot for all levels.
The fact that there are so many members who have been training here for multiple years speaks volumes to the positive community cultivated by Joel.

Great people, friendly, excellent coaching staff, world class facility, they even have a permanent cage setup, weights area, sauna, heaps of classes it's great!

Hands down the best martial arts gym on the coast. Great for people who just want to get fit all the way through to professional MMA fighters. Coaching staff are amazing at sharing their wealth of knowledge with the students. If you are looking for kids classes send them to the combat kids/squids.

I would recommend Combat Lab for all ages, from kids to the over 50’s. All abilities are welcomed and supported. The club consists of a great group of people including athletes competing in MMA and BJJ along with those who just want to learn some skills and get fit in the process.

Best MMA gym on the coast, everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. Highest level of Brazilian jiu jitsu I've personally encountered, can't recommend it more.

Combat Lab is a fantastic gym with excellent facilities, such as a fully sized cage, weights area, sauna, and plenty of mat space. The coaches are not only highly knowledgeable, but also extremely passionate about the sport and helping you achieve your goals, whether that be in competition or your personal life.
