Bought paint from here 18 months ago, taking the advice of the sales person.the paint looked great on, for 18 months, until I took the car to the car wash, then the paint failed big time. I contacted this store and was spoken to roodly and aggressively. Don't buy paint from here, your wasting your time and money.

Colourstop has great staff willing to help and give advice. They are reasonably priced as well. They sell Australian product, I will be going back.

Had a simple problem with a product purchased from them. It didn't perform the way it was sold to us. There was no advice on what it wouldn't do when we purchased it.
Instead of working with me to solve the problem and find another product t that would suite our needs, he proceeded to belittle me saying that, did they need to do an apprenticeship with me and I obviously didn't know what I was talking about. I have been in the industry for 30 years working with Colourstop the whole time. Such a bad look for this company and to say disappointed is an understatement

Given wrong advise on paint products and old out of date speck sheets.and as the product I needed was for spray painting my cars I said I was not familiar with the 2 pack paint systems and needed all the information I could get about the system. But only to be told the wrong information and it was not until we asked another person in the shop a few weeks later when we went to get more products. The guy behind the counter told us that is not the right process for the products that we were sold earlier. I have contacted the shop since and have given the information and invoice numbers. But was told it may have been a misunderstanding problem.and as I said that if you study the invoices and you go off the out dated specks sheet.and also to what we were advised by this salesman had led us in the wrong direction.and later found out that the guy who sold us the products knows nothing about painting cars or car paints.this is frustrating when I first said I needed all the right information about this painting system and procedures. Why didn't this person say I will get one of the other people who are familiar with these products to advise you.this has cost me a lot of time and money to fix after the wrong information. But yes these guys are usually very helpful in this shop. But I only have a few words to say about the other bloke, either stick to your house painting or just stack the shelf.leave your nose out of the car paints.cheers

I needed a paint colour to match my car for touch up ans the gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done to get the correct colour to match. Huge variety of stock and painting supplies in the showroom.

Great range and very experienced staff. I shopped here 3 times and was pleased with the outcome each time.

Feels like everybody in the place knows paint, just so awesome. Then you throw characters like Wal and Mick the rep from Wattyl it just blows you away.

Man gave me what I wanted, didn't charge me an arm and leg and was reasonably prompt with his service. Lots of speciality paint and detail items at this store
