Amazing stuff there, and really great prices. I just have one problem with It, when I was there for the first time I was 12 with my mum, and I know the non-firing replica guns are for decoration and hanging on the wall but the lady that sold the replica to me kept saying "just so you know they are not toys, and are not meant to be played with. " As if I was a 5 year old. Look I understand she was doing her job, but she could've tried to be a bit nicer, and one time is enough she didn't have to tell me 5 times or more when I already new they shouldn't be played with and that they are not toys. Anyway that was the only negative experience I have had with collectors armory, overall it is a great store.

Best replicas around, the people here are amazing and the fact that there is a war museum and skirmish next door is unreal. If you want a good day out and to get a classic collectable go see them. Highly recommend A+

Terrible service, ordered and paid for on Friday 8/11, told that it would be posted Monday 11/11, Rang Monday 11/11 and was told that it had been posted that day, explained it was a birthday present and had to get to Brisbane by Friday. Rang them again on Thursday to see if was posted on Monday and was told it was.
Rang Australia Post Thursday afternoon and was told it was not posted until Wednesday and so would not arrive until the following week. Lousy service, they tell lies, charged $15 postage but didn't post express. I am a pensioner and now have to go out tonight, after already spending over a hundred dollars with this mob, and find a present for our grandsons birthday tomorrow. Don't buy from them I definitely wont again.

Horrible experience. The lady who "served" us wasn't really interested in talking to us. Made us feel like a hindrance. Such a shame as I was ready to spend a lot of money on replica guns for my collection.
