Great range, good prices, excellent staff
BUT be warned:
You cannot return goods & expect a Refund! You will be offered an exchange ONLY.
I had purchased 2 handbags because I was undecided which was preferable as a gift, on the understanding I could return one of the two (within 28days).
But this turned out to be untrue. No refund. Only Exchange I was politely informed.
I called their Customer Service number to confirm that this Is company policy.
“Harbour Town is an outlet store & marked-down goods are not refundable” I was told.
The best I could be offered was an exchange Voucher.which had to be used “within 28 days! ”
Perhaps customers need to be made very aware of this when they purchase - read that very tiny Small Print on your receipt because it’s certainly not displayed anywhere in the store.
My wife talk a wallet back that was faulty. We didn't have a receipt but fortunately after the lovely Jasmine asked the relevant questions and found my wife in system a replacement was duly action.
Top marks to Jasmine for excellent service.faultless in every way. An asset to the company.
My wife's collection of handbags are mostly Colette.
One of the best Colette stores I've ever been to. Staff are polite and helpful, and the store has a much larger range of products to choose from.
