Coles Express - Southport

Theres an older blonde lady with glasses working today (Sunday 26th June at 4.45pm) who just gave me the worst customer service I've ever come across. I didnt even think it was possible to be that rude. I understand we're all human and have good and bad days, but this thing was just a piece of work. I walked in, waited patiently for her to be done doing whatever she was doing out the back, smiled and asked her how she was and was treated like dirt. I was so appalled i was lost for words. Absolutely disgraceful attitude and should be addressed immediately. I will never ever go back there again.

The dingo on shift now said his name was James he leaves the fridge door open for plus fitness 24 hr gym round the corner and tampers with food in the pie oven and sandwiches for sky wentorf and Madeleine boscetto indian Anna and soldierettes.and then suggested I did it.

Friendly staff and clean and tidy store. Great place to pick up any items you forgot to get whilst grocery shopping, whether it be dog food, 2 minute noodles, a can of V or an ice cream. I must admit, I'm there so often that all the staff know me. Another bonus about this Shell is that the store is a Coles Express so you can collect Flybuy points on your petrol and everything else you buy there. A five star store for the staff alone but the convenience is a bonus too.

Extremely rude and i think racist, I am international and every time I speak they correct my pronunciation, making fun of me.
It is the third time that happens to me and always with a blonde old lady with glasses and a tall and big men.
Sad.

Did what I have to do and got what exactly I wanted. No dramas, straight foward service. Happy with it.

"As Fairdinkum as it gets" - that's my thoughts on this little gem of a Cole's Express outlet. Note: as a person in the people / customer business for over 30yrs - I know first hand that you can't please everyone, and being in the serving people business is a tough one mate! Well as a regular here at various different days and times, I am always met by Matt - the Coles express guy, with a smile and genuine good morning and warm friendly attitude, and he's not the only one, all the staff here are superb, and maybe they reflect their manager's attitude, because she is always a glass half full lady and the entire team here reflect the positive sincere and friendly attitude, sadly long lost in today's angst life. Let it be said, if you miss the country town feel when you walk into a place of business- stop by Coles and say g'day to Matt d the staff. You will (if you take a moment) leave feeling just a little better about your day, whether you are starting out or ending off. Cheers and thanks - Derek McDonald

ANZAC DAY 2018 - spoke to a lovely polite lady on the phone working today on anzac day - 5: 30pm, so nice and friendly, just needed pasta sauce, for dinner thanks nice lady - you deserve to win the lotto!
