Coles Express / Shell reviews
9This is a great Service station. I try to buy my gas, oil & petroleum products from this store. My dear friend 'Darco' work's at this store. & he is the best'. Always helpful, & always tends to the customer's needs.he makes this Service station.
Excellent and pleasant service by Bruna, the service assistant, while guiding me through the linkt app to achieve a fuel discount. Very appreciated
The best Shell I've ever been to, the weather was fantastic. Excellent facilities with a woolworths, restaurant, hotels and everything you could ever want within walking distance.
Best range in the area, staff are good too. They sell a brand of drink I haven't had in years no wonder I have been shopping here for years so much better variety than other Cole's express stores.
Bought 2 energy drinks. Was meant to buy 2 sugar free mother's but accidentally got a frosty berry and 1 sugarfree as I got the from the same spot in fridge and the cans look very similar. I only realised this once I had opened the can. Went in seconds after to try refund it but was told no as it was already opened. Me and my brother both come to this store more than twice a week. Won't be back to something is resolved
Denying a 57yo woman, a grandmother and an uber driver the (very quick) use of a toilet whether it be the staff toilets or whatever is a breach of human rights. Telling this woman to go down and use the public toilet 150mtrs down the road, at the end of dusk as it is pretty much dark - is extremely unsafe and poor judgement. If anything had happened to her and she had been attacked - your team would be questioned as to why Coles are removing the use of toilets to patrons and keeping them for the sole use of staff. Best discretion would have been more appropriate. Would you tell your own mother to go down and use the same public toilet? The answer is no! Incredulous and appalling Coles. Get your act together. Understandable as to why they may have "removed" the toilets due to some of the "unsavoury" people on the GC. But its called using your better judgment and if they don't know how to do something as simple as that then they need retraining!
Checked in a resort nearby with a big empty fridge on September 22,2018, this Coles Express was the the nearest one. I was particularly struck by the very low price of fresh milk and bought a litre of it for AUD2. As a first-timer in Queensland, I also bought some of its ice cream!
Star market has more product variety.
Yes it is a small store but doesn't mean it shouldn't carry more useful everyday products.
Staff are always friendly and cheerfull.
