Fabulous experience. It's a long read but worth it.

My "appliance brand" machine had died and not wanting to contribute to more landfill, we decided that three coffee machines in seven years was not good economy or good for the environment. "Time for a better quality machine" I decided. As they say, "the poor man always buys twice (or three times in my case).

Enter Coffee Machine Specialists. What an amazing store with something for everyone. If it's not here, you probably don't need it.

The staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and first established our level of use. She then steered us to an entry level machine, explaining all the pros and cons, but assuring us that it would suit our needs and outlast the "appliance brands". How refreshing to have someone who actually cares about the customer and not upselling to the most expensive unit in the store.

After more discussion we settled on a machine that was above entry level, by choice, not from "upselling". There's no way we could've made this decision without the incredible knowledge of the staff member. She was always attentive and genuinely keen to help us make the right decision for us.

Then it came time to look at accessories such as the grinder and other items. Once again, the staff member established our needs and then offered alternatives. Again we decided to go above entry level but not way over our budget.

We got everything home and what a wonderful experience. Everything worked as the staff member stated and as it should and what gorgeous works of art are these machines with incredible build quality. No wonder I hear reports of 15-20+ years of service.

Dropped off my machine on arrival in SEQ. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Was advised that machine will be looked at in 5 weeks but I didn't have to wait that long. They provided me with a comprehensive document what was repaired and some very useful information on steps to take on how to look after my machine; you don't get that service too often! I will definitely use them again when my machine is due for service.

I sent a email with a list of parts i needed, there service and attention is fantastic. Vicky was wonderful to talk to and would recommend her and this company to anyone wanting coffee machine, parts and service.

Please get a price before you drop your coffee machine as they will charge you whatever they want.

Customer service ok, but shipping was the worst I’ve ever experienced, how can it take more than 2 weeks for a item to get delivered from Brisbane to Shepparton and It’s still not delivered, please look at other shipping companies it going to cost you customers at the end of the day.

Excellent service and products. I have two machines purchased from CMS and their knowledge and assistance is great. Their service is also outstanding - they send text message updates on progress of your machine service. Highly recommended!

Great job guys, machine is working better than ever and it’s no longer tripping the safety switch. Communication was timely and accurate, will definitely use again.

Chris and the team have been great to deal with. They really do honor their warrantee after a Service, which is very much appreciated. They also have a fantastic selection of Machines available for all budgets

Service was slow (over 3 weeks) and expensive (about $200) for a standard service, but this was explained up-front. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Just not much competition in this space I guess.

️️Took a grinder as it was jammed. I was a bit nervous to do it myself.so wanted someone to explain to me what was going on and how to clean it by myself.

They fixed it, so that was good.

️They didn’t leave it with they original settings, so i had to spend a bit of time and wasting beans to find the right spot.

️the 3 top screws are worn out - and were not replaced ‍️ - i did ask if they could, but they told me i could find them in bunnings

️they are just too busy - they did not have to take me through the problem.

️took 14 days for the team to get it reviewed (they have a massive backlog) and possibly cannot employ enough skilled people.

️ Charging $140 to remove the coffee excess and taking 14 days (10 working days) doesn’t really hit the mark.

Unfortunately, it is really hard for me to recommend this place to friends and I might have to think about evaluating other options if something else happens to my amazing brand new Rocket Giotto or grinder

CMS refurbished our much loved Bezzera Domus coffee machine. So the machine is like new again and making great coffee.
