The best nails and service I have ever received! I have been going to Coco Beauty Lounge for almost a year and I will never go anywhere else! My nails have never looked so good!

I cant believe de BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD, the owner really DONT KNOW how to make the lashes! They made my lashes SO BAD! And also I said if she can fixed it and she said NOOO! OMG and I said if she can give my money back and also said NO! Really? If you make something bad for the clients the minimum thing is fixed it! She arruines my lashes: (and I paid 90 dollars! For arruin my lashes I feel so bad after go there, really don’t go there

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! This salon offers service, service, service. I felt very welcome as a new client. I booked online and they took me straight away. Both owners took turns doing my nails which turned out amazing, the shaping and filing was great. The painting and hand drawn designs were very symmetrical as well. They even offered a complimentary drink as a new client (this is almost unheard of at other salons). My long black coffee was great, not bitter at all. The piña colada with a twist was delicious. I’m sad I live so far away, otherwise this would definitely become my new salon. I hope this salon stays open, or if they move locations, that they inform their clients so we can continue to support them. Thanks again John and Bella! I would recommend this salon to anyone in the Gold Coast area. Also, there is free 2hr parking in the centre.

Love this place! Professional, friendly and affordable prices, top service! Complementary drink is included, but it's not only coffee, you can choose champagne or cocktail too! My favourite part was the firm massage during pedicure. Highly recommended!

I came here while on holidays for an acrylic infill and lip wax. Absolutely delighted with the service received, my nails were reshaped and look so much better. So happy with the service I wish this was my local! Thanks so much

We are from Sydney and visited while we were on holidays. My mum, mother in law, 4yr old daughter and my self went in for Mani and pedis and Wednesday afternoon and were amazed by the service we received from John and the ladies there. John was phenomenal with my daughter! He was very patient with her and my daughter loved the hot chocolate and ice cream she received. We received complimentary drinks while we got our pedicures. Wish we lived locally so could visit often! Haven't received this service anywhere in Sydney.

I had a great experience at Coco Nails & Beauty. Staff were very friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. They take pride in their work, the finish was flawless. I was greeted with a free beverage. Highly recommend. They also offered great advice on best place to get a massage.

I live in the complex so i thought having big businesses with my husband it would be convenient to use coco beauty lounge. I got my nails twice now and twice i had them either broken or the whole nails fallen off. Being a business woman you always have to look at your best. John told me not to bring my 1 year old baby as all my baby does is sleep in his pram or sit. We will be calling the consumer affairs and taking to a superior as this is not exceptable. We pay for a service that we give our full trust in only to be dissapointed. My husband and i are high rank respected members of the chevron community and we will do what is best in all consumers best interest.

Such a beautiful experience here! I’m here from Melbourne and looked up a salon and this was the first one I saw & they replied to my message really quick! The actual service itself was seamless, really great service and kind staff

My best friend and i got a manicure, pedicure and a tan prior to her big day which were perfect, the staff were amazing, open convienet hours and we received two complimery drinks

I got a very friendly welcome with a beautiful cocktail. John the owner was very friendly and took good care of us. Definitely worth getting the Dead Sea package my skin feels and looks amazing. Definitely coming back with friends. Good place for ladies a pamper day

Coco Lounge is the bomb I go there (too regularly!) for maintenance. Lily is my go to nail artist extraordinaire and John makes the best complimentary coffees and the most awesome cocktails. Bella is a super talent and everyone is so lovely… it is not just a nail bar, it is many experiences! I just wish John would chat more … (that’s an “in” joke)
