I can’t speak highly enough of the great service I received today at Coastal Dental Care.
I was running late for my appointment and rang to say I’m on my way.
Jodie at reception was very kind to me when she informed me I didn’t have an appointment, it was actually booked in for next week.
When I told her I was walking from home to get there, she graciously accommodated me and made an appointment available.
I was very grateful that she could squeeze me in within a 15 minute waiting time.
When I arrived I was greeted warmly and was offered a bottle of cool water.
After my speed walking to make it there on time it really was a lovely gesture.
I was rather flustered and embarrassed about my mix up.
We had a good laugh about me getting muddled up with my appointment and she made me feel it wasn’t a problem.
My routine clean and checkup with Dr Jessica Chuang was perfectly performed ahead of schedule.
I can’t thank them all enough for making it all happen for me today.

Everyone that works at this practice is so nice. Make you feel really welcome. And the hygienist doesn't make you feel guilty if you forget to floss hehe. Highly recommended

I’m terrified of the dentist. However right from the moment I walked into Coastal Dental Care Robina, the girls at the front desk made me feel very welcome and at ease. I had Dr Ava Rahemi, who was fantastic at what she does. Dr Rahemi ensured that the procedure was painless and gentle. It was definitely a comforting experience compared to past, I almost fell asleep in the dental chair! Will not go anywhere else for my dental work
