I took my 15 month old bub in to see the team as an urgent appointment, not only did they get us in the same day, I was provided amazing advice on the phone that instantly put my mind at ease. Being a first time mum can be very tough when your little one hurts themselves but the team at Coastal truly made our experience an absolute delight from the moment we phoned them, right through to walking out the door. We are so grateful to have found this practice and I plan on bringing my son for all the years to come. Thank you so much guys for your help today guys, highly recommend!

I just wanted to share this in case anyone else is going through what I did because Dr Jackie Obst is brilliant. I had a couple of operations to my neck with some metal work added. Immediately after I suffered migraines/headaches, pain down the same side of my face where the incision was made. A wet sensation inside my ear, and pain and overcrowding in my teeth, and made all the worse when I lay down. This went on 24/7 for months while I waited for follow up appointments with my surgeon. "All in my head" was what I got from him and the rest of the surgeons boys club. Good one. Fortunately my GP referred me to Coastal Dental for a consultation. I cannot thank Dr Jackie enough for her empathy and skill. Her treatment for TMJ produced results in weeks that gave me my quality of life back that these boys couldn't. It's been 18 months now so I feel I can post this knowing that it worked and anyone who recognises these symptoms can consider this as an option.

Kind, friendly Administration staff staff to start. Tic tic tic. The Dentist was informative and listened to me about all my concerns.
To add the team including the nurse all worked in harmony.
We even had a smile on our faces throughout the appointment. Tic tic tic.

Christine is the best dentist I have been to. I am a dentist hater and fearful of going, due to many traumatic visits when younger. But she made me feel relaxed and not like she was going to stab my brain from the inside.

Coastal Dental have been looking after my family for many years and they have always been great. Great advice and great customer service from the front desk staff.

Like many, I'm sure, having a tooth extracted is absolutely not on anyone's to do list. Today was my first visit and I was seen by Dr Jenna Child's. I cannot speak highly enough of Jenna, she made me feel completely at ease and explained what was happening throughout my extraction.
Highly recommended a visit if needed.

Friendly staff and one of the least painful (physically) dentist experiences.

I can confidently say that the workers here care about the clients and their reputation. Both a good thing.

Upon original review a manager has reached out and clarified that I was mis-booked in my last visit and that I should have instead gotten a standard check-up in which they would have covered all areas of interest.

Even upon leaving I was asked whether or not all my questions had been answered and if I had more and all staff were more than willing to answer all questions even in depth.

Decent reception and good at answering questions but important issues were not raised. To get a proper checkout you would need to attend multiple times which is a very poor motivator to return.

I have never been to a dentist, from reception all the way through the process, whether a filling, teeth cleaning or a extraction of a tooth, that makes feel so comfortable, in my all life, especially coming from Sydney, and all the dentists I have experienced, being 62 years of age now.
Alison and her team are truly people that really care, and I mean really care, they treat you like your family, and are very reassuring.
I can’t speak highly enough, of the team at Coastal Dental Care at Mudgeeraba.
I have suffered from panic attacks for 35 years, and going to a dentist, use to be the last thing you wanted, but now, because of Alison, I turn up to my appointments, thanks Alison and her team.
