I called James today enquiring about buying a new cartridge for my computer after calling numerous places and them telling me i had to buy brand new ones. Im no tech wizard so i was blind to the fact that they could be refilled

i spoke to james and he told me they could be refilled so i took my cartridge in and he refilled it and sealed like a brand new one all in th space of about 5 minutes along wih giving me further advice on how to install and calibrate it.

I got home and was still unsure on how to fix and calibrate the printer with the new cartridge i called James and he was more then happy to run me through the process over the phone step by step as i was doing it

All in all i cannot RECOMMEND COASTAL CARTRIDES & JAMES enough the process was promt very fast and he helped me get my printer back up and running

Great little business and are all about great service and top attitude. Was having trouble with printer and the guy serviced and checked for nothing. Being a regular customer he said was happy to not charge as a reward for my loyalty. These guys run a great business!
