Coach Pacific Fair

I called regarding my Waverley heels breaking and Annalisa was so quick to bring up my file on the system and organise a replacement in Brisbane to save me the trip to the Gold Coast. Super friendly team every time I visit but shoutout to Annalise in particular today who was just super helpful and kind.

Jessie helped me today for a present for myself and my mum. She was the best and super helpful! So slay:)

Was served by an amazing lady named Yuri, she was so much help and did not judge or approach me badly, helped me out so much with my purchase and even styled it well. Will definitely come back

The staff at this location are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. Has to be among the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and I have been here more than once. Of course if you are shopping here you know what sort of products they offer and the quality of their items. Special shout-out to Francis and Tiffany - you guys are legends!

Didn’t manage to catch the two sales assistants names today (two young guys) but they were both extremely helpful. I bought in a couple bags that were in need of some TLC. They cleaned one of the bags and then instructed me on how to clean and maintain the other. Both super friendly and answered all my questions. Will be returning in the future

Fantastic service and Annalise was brilliant and so helpful, even took a video of the products to help me choose, very professional. The packaging is sensational - almost didn't want to unwrap it! Highly recommend

The Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experience! Bought a Product from their Website, wasn’t happy with the packaging. So I went and asked them whether they can help me re-pack it again. Annalisa did a Fantastic Job! Steven helped me cleaned my Coach x NASA Long Wallet and also helped me out when I wanted to have a look at their Cardholders. Definitely going back!

Honeslty the best store experience from the team at Pacific Fair. They always remember me when I go in. So lovely and helpful not pushy. When I brought my fist coach bag was so nervous to be in the store was looked after by the lovely staff.

The cleaners use no disinfectant to wipe down tables they use the same dirty cloth to spread the germs from one table turn the next. Ready for covid-19 to be wiped across the table where you going to eat not a good look for any shopping centre. When I complained the security got a little bit nasty.

My daughter & I were assisted today by a lovely young man, Tim. Tim's customer service was exceptional & his happy disposition was so wonderful to come across. We look forward to shopping at Coach Pacific Fair again.

I visited the store today.and although i ended up buying from a competitor.i must say the charming young sales person who assisted me was exceptional. He was knowledgable and very approachable.wasn't at all pushy.even offered to refresh my current Coach bag with a clean and leather conditioner at no cost or obligation. A truly enjoyable experience. Im sure next time that beautiful blue business bag will be mine. Many thanks.
