6 I went there around the beginning of May. I tried buying an old model of the smoke alarm. A guy helped to find the model. Unforeturnely, he couldn't find the model that I was looking for. I also forgot to bring the model number. The guy gave me his business card that if I have the model number I can call him back. I did call back and gave the model number. He did a search via his database and then he said he will call me back. The funny thing was, he didn't ask my number and he hang up. How on earth he is going to call me back? I still have his business number and I won't tell you what his name is. What an experience!
I also want to point out that I did fill out the request form via the official website (BROOKS). Unfortunately they didn't respond. I am not sure what, is my smoke alarm too old that they don't bother to respond to it or something else? I have to find another way to get the smoke alarm.
Excellent product knowledge and service. This resulted in a system that perfectly matched our homes needs. The provided ducting plans made install as straight forward as possible for our contractor as well.
Great retail. But really rude staff the two last time I stopped by. I walked out speechless. Hope this is only temporary and that the staff will give a better behavior in the future.
The guys in store were most helpful and took me to the product I wanted. Unfortunately, for the 3rd time, the HPM in-line switch failed to work. NOT THEIR FAULT but HPM needs to lift their quality, thats for sure
