Can I give minus stars? The staff are abhorrent and abusive toward me despite only ordering on the App.then the femaleanage refused to give me an email for the manager, threatened me with calling the police, she didn't, another lie, I called them.and I still don't have my money I paid for meals.then do we want to start about the time we ordered meals from the same store/site, they fed my Muslim friend a double bacon cheese burger instead of the BBQ burger I ordered for him

Our social club booked for 40 people a Christmas in July function. Checked 2 times about booking, when we got here the booking was hone. They squeezed us downstairs which was very squishy and uncomfortable. NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLUB CONSIDERING HOW MUCH MINEY THEY WILL BE MAKING out of this group.

Enjoyed a delicious Chicken karaage Caesar salad and Chef's pumpkin soup. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Truely an awful experience. From the charming staff spitting on the step as we walked in to the barman being rude to the terrible food. Paid for a roast buffet and arrived to long dead chicken and some obscure Chinese dishes. At least we won’t get food poisoning given bacteria needs some moisture to survive - the chicken was that dry.
But on a positive note - the guy in the kitchen was trying very hard and was very friendly.

Good food and service, however having to go up and down the stairs for ordering and getting a drink is tedious especially if one's aged and or disabled.

Enjoyed the best Karaage Chicken burger and the Rocky Road pizza was delicious would certainly recommend to my friends.

This was my first time at this venue and I was not impressed at all. While I found that the meals were reasonable unfortunately the service was extremely rude. I attended as part of a large group and no one was happy with the venue or service. A few people were vegetarian and there was nothing suitable on the menu for them.

Great food at great prices. Always happy to dine here, whether for lunch or dinner. Lovely atmosphere and never too crowded. Friendly, helpful staff.

Arrived at 6.20 Wednesday night was seen by staff member arriving he was at office kiosk waited 10 minutes to be served in full view of said staff member rang and ashed for service was told that he was trying to do something on computer and could not help me.l left will be a while before I consider returning

Recently we held our presentation night Darling Downs Cue Sports Association at the club. The food was amazing, all the staff so friendly, courteous and professional. Thankyou Renee and team for a memorable night. We'll be back!

Club Toowoomba is 11/10! The food is fantastic the staff there are all brilliant. We can’t say enough great things about them and feel lucky it is our local

Been here a couple of times for functions and have been impressed with the food that has been served. Eating area is quite nice as well. Bar staff are also very friendly.

Haven’t been told there were more than 100 orders before us, have been waiting for 1 hour to get our lunch.

We recently used Club Toowoomba for our End of Year Awards Dinner for the Darling Downs Rugby Union Referees Assocation.

They have been great to deal with from the time we contacted them weeks prior to the event itself. Cassandra the co-ordinator we dealt with was professional, flexible, very organised and very knowledgeable in what was required. This last aspect was very valuable as I had not been involved in setting up such an event before.
The venue of the Ballymore Room overlooking Gold Park was perfect for the occasion. And the food was fantastic! Thansk Club Toowoomba.

Been here several times and has always been good meals. Found the bar staff rude and abrupt. They need to change there attitude or people won't be back.

We recently had our late mates Memorial Bowls day at South’s Bowls club on a Saturday. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great day, they were super friendly, made unreal food and even prepared all the lanes for us to bowl on before we got there. 10/10, will definitely be going back next year.

Very average.
As a coeliac I was unable to purchase anything for lunch.
Which I found very disappointing as I was there for the day.
My husband also found your staff quite rude when he visited the club recently.

A great place to meet friends and family, have a lovely meal with great service and good prices

Turned up at 6.30 Sunday, told they are closing. Reason no one was there, been quiet. Went elsewhere. Not the only one's turned away.

Very nice club, great staff and beautiful food. I'm not a member yet but will be asking if I can join.
