People are being too critical bro. Good equipment, clean facilities, and staff are helpful. The people are pretty much what you expect and find at every gym.

Terrible customer service. I needed to cancel my membership after a spinal injury caused during my sons emergency c section that has left me disabled and stripped of my old life. During this time membership fees where climbing as I’d sent a email stating I needed to cancel due to circumstances didn’t think anything further of it until I seen membership fees where over $1000 (will add during this time I spent months in and out of hospital having seizures and procedures to try and fix my spinal leak) plus trying to take care of my three month early preterm baby. Made contact about cancelling was told I had to cancel online when I tried to cancel online couldn’t get my logins, took ages to get back to me which then I was told I can’t cancel until the balance is paid. I can’t afford to pay $1400 in fees so told this will just keep incurring. I just wanted it canceled then could of happily paid off the debt in a amount I could afford. However it’s looking like I have no way to escape this nightmare and now ontop of everything else will have a huge debt racking up for something I can’t even use. So sickeningly stressful with Not a care from staff.

Good space and equipment. Weird that it all seems to be run online or via app and actual physical customer service is minimal. Have terminated my membership as there’s too many wired up, aggressive young dudes rolling around being vile and making it an uncomfortable place for others. Management aware and unfazed.

I love the gym but there's a trainer in there who won't stop humming and singing which distracts me a lot while training. I constantly lose count of my reps and I have to start over again.

Great functional and up to date equipment with friendly staff and clean shower facilities. Motivational and supporting atmosphere

Very poor management. Sent multiple emails requesting a phone call to address an issue and was simply ignored by the area manager. Have now taken the matter to the Head Office and can see the poor customer service is rampant throughout this organisation. Go elsewhere.
