8Providing a misleading information about a free 4 week free membership. They take your card details tell you it's free and then charge the account.
Do not use refer a friend! It a scam. I got my friends to refer me when signing up, but i didn't get the credit even though the manger told me i would. I called them up the next day and they said it wont work because your friends got 3 weeks free. Even though the terms and conditions are refer a friend to get 25$ off next payment and your friend gets 3 weeks free. Not a good experience so far (2months in).
A decent gym with friendly staff and the membership comes with a pretty cool app which gives you access to the gym instead of using a key tag and stats on how full the gym is which is really handy, the only downside is there aren't that many machines so if it gets slightly busy there can be a wait to get the machine you want.
I LOVE this gym. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.its a real homely feel
The equipment is up to date and on point!
Solid sizes good pricing for across the board access to locations, app works well and spacing between people is decent instead of "stuff as much equipment as they can" like other gyms great place!

I came from Snap Buranda which is a pretty good gym too but this place is better.
