Extortionists that only care about money and lock their members out of the gym over a $20 debt
Not a bad place to go BUT dealing with 1300 no. NOT good. Spoke with a male person I suspended my membership on line as per instructions (I thought) from 24.6 for 4 weeks due to neck injury (car accident a few mths ago). As per the broken record who kept saying "I should have got a email" x3/4 no compassion or help Not good please buyers be aware of processes that money will still be deducted 4 for weeks unless u have a medical certificate of have receive a email. DO NOT SIGN UP
Joined this gym last week and went twice in the first week of membership and both times the virtual class froze and did not work NO staff on the premises to assist. Called head office only to be told I have to speak to the manager Ryan when he was back in the Gym. When speaking with Ryan he assured me there was a staff member in the gym at the time however they must have been hiding, as I could not find one and the air conditioner contractor that was working there said there was no staff on the premises. By Ryan continued to tell me I was wrong and there was staff on site or I was lying. Club Lime is refusing to pay a refund and cancel membership without a 28 day notice! When it fact they are not providing the service that I signed on to use? Waiting for area manager Maddy to call back.
Great music, tons of machines and incredible vibes from not just the staff, but also all of the members.not once have I had a poor experience. Highly Recommend
Just rocked in to see what the gym was like and what was on offer. Best in the area for facilities, layout cleanlyness and reception knowledge. Looking forward to starting.
