Brilliant little club, our first time here, we came on Tuesday & found fantastic entertainment by Dave Gray
We had lunch & food was very nice & plentiful, Drinks were fairly priced, Chairs are very comfortable. We will absolutely be back especially on Tuesday's

First time at the Club a little while ago, food was delicious service was poor. Staff disinterested, moving about like sloths, unacceptable wait at the bar for drink service. Been a couple of times since thanks to the delicious food & generous lunch menu specials & delighted to say the service today was lovely. Jack & Maddison (I think), moved about the restaurant with purpose, professional & very pleasant.

Great venue.if you dont mind lining up for 10minutes for a drink, then lining up for 30 minutes to order your food, than waiting well over an hour for your order only for it to be cold and overcooked.
Was a Wednesday night so wasn't even busy.

We have been going to Club Beenleigh each Wednesday for our date night 62 weeks straight. (Probably more). We have noticed the TAB/Sports bar turn into a coffee lounge and children ordering from the bar. Not that I have anything against kids. I thought there was a rule against this behaviour. We put our footy tips on and spend about 100 to 200 on the punt. But we can't even do that now.

We have also noticed that the meals are over a hour wait now. Why bother to book a table upstairs when the whole club can order downstairs from the same menu. We look (ed) forward to our night. But unfortunately we won't be there again. The staff are awesome, but I feel this is a management problem.

"Fantastic club. 2 for 1 meals Monday to Thursday. The meals are great and top quality. We have met all our friends there now it is a firm favourite! "

What a pity I can't write it now. Last night we went for dinner expecting the same great experience.

Not even close, Food had to be sent back, overcharged and not refunded even though manager informed. Advised it was a computer error? But not offered a refund? The original order was a Ceasar salad with prawns, picture provided. Lettuce was so limp, charged $11.00 for 4 prawns. I have never seen such a poor offering. Advised lettuce is fresh everyday, you be the judge?

Slight burn when second meal arrived. Remedy.offered and accepted new meal, then spilt hot liquid on leg, given ice for burn.

Others at the table ordered garlic bread, all of those received after main meal and some did not come at all.

Short staffed was the excuse. No attempt to ensure that we might come back, very very poor.

Will not return again it was a total disaster.

Just been advised the group of 16 people has booked elsewhere for the next get together.

Partner and I have lived in Beenleigh about two years and come to this place at least once a month. Two for one is a great deal and so is Sunday reef and beaf. Staff are excellent and never once had an issue, not sure about the meat raffles tho never had any luck with them hahah.

Spent a great Sunday afternoon being entertained by Dave Gray. Watching the local Village Rockers dancing was great. Had the Reef n Beef special for dinner and that was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, and the cocktails were very good.

I honestly can't complain. The dinners were fast, fresh & hot! Tasty & worth it on my mums birthday. Staff were more then helpful & busy. Thank you for such a lovely night with my kids and parents not often we get to enjoy a good meal out

Me again my friend joanna and I recently attended the cent auction.not knowing much about it.one lady helped us who we discovered helped run it.not only that but your lovely staff continued on their usual friendly demeanour lol.not only fixing up some cold chips but ended up with extra gravy and the staff couldn't do enough a great time yet again thank you xxx

Excellent tennis and pickleball venue. Bistro is first class. Pizzas are outstanding. Best in Beenleigh.

The bull n barra staff are beautiful the chefs are amazing and the dining experience is always a pleasant one well worth popping in and having a delicious meal.

After calling at 1.52pm for the bus, saying I'm ready to spend money, Sharon told me the 2.30 bus will get me. Calling back at 2.59pm I was told I'm on the list. They'll be there soon. It's now 3.50pm. I'm dressed up, with $1000 in my pocket, and now 8 beers down.
Just calling an UBER to the eagle tavern.

The 9.90 roast was good tonight.first time in a long time. Customer service is terrible.customers treated poorly. Shame

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that the Bull n Barra restaurant staff took the time to respond to my messages, and then cook up fantastic steaks the same night to accommodate my request.

I am very disappointed with the service we received tonight. Me and my family decided to go out for a family meal tonight and the venue we choose was beenleigh sports club. Upon arrival myself and my partner swiped our cards as we are both members of this club. There was a lady standing at reception qnd not once did she acknowledge our presence. We than proceed to the main bar where there, there was not 1 staff member to be seen. We than grabbed our own menus and sat down at a table. We than decided on what we were ordering qnd my partner went to the bar and ordered our meals. This was at 5: 45pm as we decided to arrive early so that we could eat and get our children home. We than had waited 45 minutes for our meals. Our meals came out I had ordered the 200g steaks chips qnd salad and my partner had ordered the special which was the steak with oysters which was a $45 special mind you. We went to start eating our meals to than find that our steak was extremely cold qnd our chips as well. I than grabbed our meals qnd approached the main bar and had requested for our meals to be replaced as they were cold. We than bathwater another 15 minutes and still had not received our meals. At this point I was very annoyed by the lack of the hospitality service and had than approached the main bar again and had requested a refund as this was not acceptable. I was than told to wait as the staff member behind the bar would go and get Angela the Duty Manager. I than had stood there for 5 minutes waiting. Angela had than finally came down from the restaurant and had approached meat the air bar and asked me what was wrong. I than had told Angela that I am requesting a refund on our meals as we have waited 45 minutes on our meals and Angela had than responded with your meals have been freshly cooked and are about to come down. I than had said no, I would like my money back as this is not on qnd that I was not the only person who had been waiting 45 minutes for my meals. Angela had than gone to the till and started to proceed with my requested. I also had tried to explain to Angela that we are member's qnd have come down here for meals previously and have we never had to wait this long at qll for our food. Angela had than said to me that I am sorry but we do have trainees on tonight as we have staff away sick and we are busy up stairs. Now, as a Duty Manager Angela should not be at qll in any way blaming her trainees on the lack of service nor the food and should be taking full responsibility of this. Than another staff member had come down to speak to Angela and had asked her if she knew where these meals were going as this staff member was told that Angela knew where they would be going. Angela than came across very rude to her staff member in the way she spoke to her and said Don't worry about it they don't want it. (Which was my meals) the tone in Angela's voice when speaking to her staff member was disgusting.
As a Duty Manager the customer service was a disgrace and very appoorling.

We’ve always had our family get together at the Bill n Barra and never once have we left hungry, unhappy or have a negative word to say. The food has ALWAYS been on point and the service is friendly every single time. 10/10 recommend

Dance floor very tacky. Needs attention badly. Chairs very heavy, no seat padding and dig into carpet flooring. Staff friendly and great food.
