Cleveland Mitre 10 is 5 star they may not carry as much variety as " Bunnings" but they certainly make up for it in customer service. Always helpful & willing to help

Very unsatisfied if I could have left negative stars I would
I passed a bunnings which had the item I wanted $2 cheaper than advertised price online at mitre 10 as I was going through to this store I thought I would shop there even though it was a little dearer. Only to find out online pricing is not the same as instore. $12 difference. I will nit be visiting this store again. Waste peoples time

Always use my Cleveland Mitre 10 as the staff actually greet you and offer one on one service vs Bunnings where you’re strictly on your own. Mitre 10 can’t and doesn’t carry huge amounts of stock and are significantly more expensive but it’s a local family business and they go out of their way to please so I go there 95% of the time!

Best hardware store in the Redlands best on prices and service. Best delivery service. Beats the others hands down.

It's one of the Best Mitre 10 stores. The staff are so friendly. If you can't find what you're looking for here, then you have a problem.

Get your gas refilled here people it's cheaper and the people are nicer to deal with

The people here have always been very helpful and friendly. You might have to wait a few minutes for someone but unlike Bunnings they will return to help you out.

I think it's a family run business and will go out of their way to help you. Best place to get a gas bottle filled (cost wise)

Been shopping here for many years and prefer to shop here instead of bunnings because of the great service and they were here a long time b4 bunnings also.

My first time in a Mitre 10 store.mighty unhelpful. Rude staff from the moment I entered. When Head Office sends emails saying click and collect orders are ready, they are not actually ready in store 2 days after notification. Despite the products sitting on shelf, and emails to prove purchase, staff initially refused to honour click and collect because they could not be bothered to find the paperwork for the order. To their credit, they came out 5min later to say they had been able to locate the paperwork, but they fact that they didn't try in the first place and told me to come back in 2 hours "when the office girls were in" isn't acceptable. I won't be back.

Generous 2 stars, after a few phonecalls and an hour of driving I finally made it here only to be confronted with useless staff and limited payment options.

STOP humiliating and discriminating against humans who have a medical exemption for a mask mandate. Your policies and mandates are not laws. Your business can not enforce laws. Shame that you think you are above the law, and your actions to evict customers. SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR We will not be spending another cent in your store and we hope you are found guilty with a big fine for your inhuman discriminate behaviour
