Cleveland Markets reviews
37The market is good … but please steer clear of Transylvania food stall … they told us 15 min wait no problems when we go back to collect I asked for some sauce and the owner abused me saying I took too long to collect when the other half of order wasn’t even ready and refused to add sauce! Honestly most disgusting service I’ve received in a long time. If you can’t handle the pressure you shouldn’t be in this occupation.
Great markets, great food and vendors, lots of locally made goods, can't go past the curry puffs! And the little french bakery
Easy parking. Great choice of cafe's for breakfast. Great choice of other food at the markets. Market prices are more than competitive. Quality of vegetables and fruit on my day of visit was mostly good. I Would continue to recommend and visit these markets.
Some of the stalls are hit or miss if they are available each week. Lots of fun stalls like hardware plants food clothing etc. You need to go regularly as some of the stalls are only there every two or three weeks so each visit can be like a whole new experience. There is also the natural and alternative products. Plus.
Fantastic market, friendly people and lovely stall holders. Always go to get some treats for my pup (and some pats for him too) Lots of variety from fresh fruit, coffee and clothing.
A lovely market but more modern and art type or pop ups would be appreciated too maybe some music
No hassle to get fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable price could be better with another fresh fruit and vegetables stall
This weekend was Pets in the Park in addition to normal markets so a few more interesting stalls.
Been to a number of markets, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Hervey Bay. While only small, Cleveland Markets is far the better one if you're after fruit and vegetables reasonably priced and fairly consistent with quality. Food stalls are good as well if you after a bite to eat.
Sun only market with eclectic selection of stores and also food.
Produce / fruits / vegetables are reasonably priced or even cheap, while other items are comparable or may even be more expensive.
Good vibes, not too crowded, and can finish walking end to end in ~30 mins!
Free parking nearby and can stop by the parallel cafes or even take a walk to the restaurants and houses and yachts down by the waters at Raby Bay.
On a sunday a great point to pick up fresh vegetables and fruit. Evrything is presented nicely and inviting. Before or after have a rest at one of the caffees
The guy at the fruit and vegetables shore was serving costumes with no shoes and he was serving people
Great to see more stalls here. Lovely market with a great variety on offer. Too many dogs and dog leads for my liking. You couldn't enjoy leisurely wandering around because you were constantly watching our for dogs and dog leads. Bakery products on sale are first rate. Fresh fruit and veg really good quality and priced very reasonably.
Good collection of stalls.friendly marketplace.stall owners are very nice. Lively and vibrant with useful stalls.
Found my weekly veg and a good cup of coffee some good small stores with nice helpful polite owners
Love the combi van coffee and the Romanian food stand! Also love the variety of fruit and veg and mushroom and general stuff, great market!
Lovely market with a great range of local stalls and delicious food. This is one of our favourite markets as we love that there is something for everyone.
The overall atmosphere of these markets is so calm & the people are so kind! It’s really interesting seeing all the different stalls of food, clothing, accessories etc and hearing their stories. So if you’re looking for something to do on your Sunday morning I would 100% recommend spending your time at these markets:)
If you want fruit n vegetables their is heaps, alot of food also, not much craft, won't be in a hurry to go back
