Very poor customer service, I rang twice to clarify the product I wanted 600mm dust control metal.mop, they had two brands under $50 on their website and confirmed the availability by phone. But when I went all the way to Brendale, they only had the plastic one not the metal and it was expensive than other stores. When I said that I was sold $68.20 to $65.95. I was disappointed. I may not go again.

A company with a modern digital shop-front who are operating by 1980's time-frames. Four days to inform me that an item is not in stock and then no refund days after requesting one. Ridiculous that a company operates like this these days. Avoid them at all costs.

I have purchased many products over the years from Cleanx and have found not only the products that were recommended for my purposes worked really well and were first class, but the front of house team work hard and are well presented in their appearance. Well done everyone there for great product and service.
