Worst place I've every shopped. Staff rude with absolutely no knowledge of the stock and even less interest in customers

Many thanks to Michael for his exceptional service yesterday when Gary and I visited the store. Couldn't believe how helpful he was. Will think of him when we are using the cushions and having a drink! All the staff were extremely friendly.

I visited the store in need for a mattress in a custom size and fit, I was very specific about what I was after and the salesperson Michael was so accommodating and showed me the range of mattresses on offer.
I was even allowed to test each one.
The morayfield store staff are just brilliant!

Went to buy foam for a caravan mattress. Tanya advised she could cut a mattress on the spot. Mattress fits perfectly. Received great advice and service from the Morayfield store.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews but this one is well deserved. Really disappointed with service they provide. They don’t know their product, send me 2 hrs away to pick up product and it was the wrong one.approx 10 calls to find out where my order is and they have lost my details and don’t know anything about it or who I am and the list goes on. Lucky they over inflate their prices otherwise they would be in trouble. Will not go back to Morayfield Clark Rubber. Lucky for them they don’t care.

I went into buy a mattress for my rv. The salesman talk me into what was to be the best most comfortable mattress. I was told I could return it if I didn't like in. After sleeping, or trying to sleep on the extremely hard mattress was then told I could not return it as it was a custom fit. This is not what I was told on purchasing this item. Very disappointing service considering it was over $300

Terrible service. The old bloke there doesn’t care if you walk away. He couldn’t be bothered even talking to you.

Staff know what they are talking about, great shopping experience and an enjoyable place to shop and have a good laugh.

Date 31st May 2022, I was at the Morayfield store at 1026am as shown on declined docket. I had a couple of items on the counter to buy and when i went to pay the store computer kept showing no 3G Capacity and therefore the purchase would not go through that computer. The old chap who was serving me asked the chubby bloke with the trimmed beard if we can try the process on that customer desktop computer.
The chubby chap would not let his colleague process my purchase as he stated he is data inputting and is not going to stop.
The older chap then attempted the purchase process on his computer and the same declined message appeared.
He asked the other chap 2 more times if he can use the other computer to process my purchased. This bloke stated again he is not going to stop his input - he was asked 3 times!
After waiting for over 10minutes with this other store person not allowing my purchase to go through, i walked out of the Morayfield Clark Rubber Store in disgust. I have my 2 declined Customer Copy receipts and the first is timed at 10: 23am and the second at 10: 26am for proof.
Also prior to purchase, when I was looking around at the rubber mats, the chubby bloke came over and asked if I required any assistance. I stated how come this rubber mat 400mm x 600mm has 2 different prices?
The original price showed $13.95 and then the "Special Advertised Price" showed a dollar more at $14.95 - he stated he will have a look and remedy the fault - I never saw him do this as he started playing on the customer desk computer.and hence the problem above.
Great customer service.but that's okay mate I'll go elsewhere and you can play on your computer and not worry about the customers

The girls at Clark Rubber Morayfield were so helpful. I knew nothing about the type of foam I needed for my chairs and they steered me in the right direction. I love my chairs. Thank you.

I have never been into a Clark Rubber before, but went in for some seating foam. They have a great selection of swimming pool equipment, swimming pool furniture, pillows, foam and sponge products and rubber.
Great price for the seating foam and a good selection.

We returned a faulty item under warranty and Karen and David were more than happy to refund us!

Wonderful customer service by Tameka. She welcomed my wife and I and assisted us with our pool water sampling and recommended actions after the recent rain. Also assisted with some products that were still on Boxing Day sale, without trying to sell us top of the range. Great shop and service.
