Clark Rubber Garbutt

I had an fabulous experience shopping here. The staff were amazing, particularly the manager. Would highly recommend. I had a slight problem with one of the purchases and it was remedied in no time. Cannot praise Clarke Rubber in Garbutt enough. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, was there for 15 minutes with no service and serving people who had arrived after me, very disappointing

Great to walk into a retail store where the staff are actually wearing masks properly during this Covid pandemic
And was even better to see the staff ask other shoppers to wear masks if they come in with out one,
For me this is important as my youngest child is unable to be vaccinated, of course we want to do what we can to stay safe!
I am sure as retail workers it would be a hard job to ensure all customers and staff kept up with government guidelines regarding masks, as none of us like to wear one! So well done Clark Rubber and thank you for keeping my family safe, job well done, I witnessed great professionalism in your approach to ask customers to please wear a mask

The service received was awesome I'd definitely recommend this store to others!

Publicly kicked out by management for not wearing a mask as I have medical reasons and asked if I was double vaccinated.
Take you money elsewhere this place medically discriminates against the Public.

Unhelpful, rude, and as a member I just cancelled it, also black listed them. Always bought there support local, but no more.

I got prices for seat cushions 2-3 wks ago, go in today and get told they had a price increase. NOT KIDDING! Price went from $500 to $750+, a 50% increase.sorry but JR’s will be getting my business from now on.it’s all about the most expensive bottom line with Clark rubber Townsville.lost a loyal customer here.

Staff is not knowledgabel about what they sell, especially the youg ones seem to care about just getting paid. Regrettably, we have been conned to purchase a second Dunlop mattress that just after 10 days of sleep on lost its rebound and looks like a pancake. That is another $250 wasted on a presumably superiror product. Waste of money and probably time.

We brought one of there leisure spa from them 2 years ago and we have had nothing but problems. Clarke rubber sold us pool chemicals to put in the spa which caused the spa components to break down causing leaks, they had replaced some of the fixtures and fittings. We are still having problems with the spa and it is nearly 3 months and the spa has not been fixed again. We are constanly onto the supplier and clarke rubber but with no success. They blame the Virus for the parts not being in aust. But I can get the part in Aust on the net. I would certainly not recommend dealing with Clarke Rubber and there Spa's that they sell. There is no customer service they keep duck shoving the problem. There is no qualified person at Clarke Rubber to deal with the problems. We had asked for them to take the spa away and replace it but they will not. That was in the first 3 months of having it. They do not keep parts in the store and they do not get anything over night by frieght they actually walk it up from Melbourne it takes so long. Please do not buy a liesure spa you will be sorry.
