Clark Rubber Bundaberg

Every other staff member I have encountered over our 12 months of buying a large above ground pool and going through the usual motions of starting the pool journey keeping the pool functional and balanced has been awesome! The one star is for the only staff member who has been continuously rude and unhelpful the actual owner/manger James. This man has no customer service skills at all nor does he seem to give out the correct information he has less knowledgeable than most of his other staff and is so rude and dodgy along with it. Not only was my 85 year old father sold a $800 pool ladder that was useless and when it was returned we were only offer a replacement not a refund and we had to wait weeks for the replacement which meant we had to make one ourselves a ladder as my 85 year old dad couldn't get in the pool and out of it with out one! So by the time we got a replacement it was no longer needed and we were $800 out of pocket with a ladder we didn't need and no one wanted to buy it off us at that ridiculous price. Today he insulted my father by saying that if we weren't buying our chemicals from them which we ARE! We could go elsewhere for our pool water testing because of this! Really way to go for customer service- rude rude rude. In the last year we have purchased $12,000 pool, chemicals, pool salt, $500 creepy crawly and things like a filter cleaning hose attachment etc etc the only one thing we bought elsewhere was a filter cartridge for the pump as there price was double! First up he gave my Dad the wrong filter cartridge (we live 100 km round trip away) even though we purchased everything from there and they had all the info, then I was told they had none in stock when I called to advise of the issue. I needed one asap so when I saw I could get one half the price straight away of course I did that! By the time I got back to return the incorrect cartridge they had the right one there by then that was a week or so later. If you have an alternative place you can purchase from use it or make sure you avoid James at all costs.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, I have shopped here several times and will continue to come back

Bundaberg Store Friday afternoon 4/8/2023 three staff in store, the youngest male whom attempted to serve me was more interested in arrogantly dictating to me there is no "standard sizing" in rubber mats instead of listening or perhaps even inquiring specifically what the customer wanted. Great salesmanship! I walked out got online ordered 15 "standard size" mats for commercial use else were, will arrive in two days. I have purchased these mats from this store (Clark Rubber Bundaberg) before on more than one occasion (amazingly they have always been the same size?) and to honest I have never been satisfied with the quality they just don't last as long as other brands I have used over the last 27 years. Sorry don't think I'll be back any time soon if at all.

Terrible customer service from technician & especially the owner. Sell you the wrong products & tell you the wrong instructions on a service. Staff member who stuffed up is no longer with the company too. Admit fault then when you want it rectified the owner goes back on what he said when he knows it will cost him money to fix. Avoid this place like the plague if you want to keep your pool or spa in working order. 3 calls later, no solution & a broken spa due to their products, verbal & written instructions on the products.

Popped in today and had the very BEST service and handed the right chemicals and the right amounts. Brought some great pool floaties too. Great customer service:)

The staff at Clark Rubber in Bundaberg were very helpful and friendly. They certainly know their products.

Very helpful staff, who are willing g to work with you to solve your problem. Only problem is the fumes in the shop area can cause headaches- unfortunately not much they can do to rectify this problem.

Great experience with them today. We were in search of a mattress for our camper trailer. The range was excellent and we found the perfect mattress. The size we needed was not standard. So they were able to trim it down for us without voiding the warranty. Great service.

The young sales person insisted that they did not ever have a product that I later found after looking in store. Then he wouldn't admit to not knowing
