I wanted to give a shout out to Sam today for going above and beyond. I had my newborn with me and I had to feed him whilst waiting for rubber to be cut. She met me at the car with the eftpos machine and helped me pay so I could feed my child.

Terrible experience, staff don't return calls, don't know what they're doing, ripped me off, I had a product in for warranty repair initially, then after they attempted to fix it 6 times, they washed their hands of and want nothing more to do with it

Marina spent an extended amount of time with us today to find a solution for our requirements. A product designed, cut from foam, and glued, that is both practical, fit for purpose, and cost effective. We have always had the most friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and customer focused service from staff whenever we have gone to the store. Today Marina went above and beyond our expectations to tick all our boxes.
Sincere thanks and utmost appreciation from us and our little dogs who love their custom made stairs.

I was at the store today and I cannot rate the level of service highly enough, I was greeted at the door with enthusiasm. The salesperson Helen listened to my needs and offered me the best solution for a mattress topper that would suit my needs.
I could even test the product in store and after purchasing another kindly, happy staff member on hand carried my purchase to my car.
I also have a pool too so I’ll definitely be back.

I had a part missing from a chlorinator I purchased from Clarke Rubber Kawana. I spoke to Mathew about my issue. He went out of his way to makes sure my part was replaced under warranty, Mathew kept me informed and updated the whole time and was a pleasure to deal with.

Went to buy lounge rubber insert. The guy that served us was so nice. He listened, then showed me all different options with the prices. Huge range great staff with excellent knowledge. I Needed a long term Bed for my campervan and Terry helped me choose a perfect combination of mattress and topper. He knew all the materials and levels of quality across their range and others. I’ll be thinking of him when I sleep x

Had such AMAZING Service I wanted to write a review. Went to Kawana/Bokarina store yesterday.
Needed some rubber edging for a sink insert. Guy was super knowledgeable. Cut rubber and actually put it on for me as I had a hand brace on. So friendly n great conversation. Made my day!

When it comes to buying ANY rubber products also pool & spa supplies they have got it covered bigtime, you can buy any rubber, synthetic, vinyl, foam or anything & everything even close to that side of industry, they are the leaders by far, at 50 ii remember seeing the huge CLARK RUBBER sign on way to school daily, covering what they do for that many years you will not find another company like them & why they have NO competition on coast anyhow. They have everything from foam neck supports while sleeping or flying, to pools, spas, yoga Matt's, chemicals for all, toys, balls floaties etc etc etc.plenty car parking easy access of main road & prices are what they ask as there is nowere else we could find to match.

Terrible service - insulted by the staff. My heavily pregnant friend was blatantly accused of being a tire kicker by an employee after deciding not to purchase a mattress.

Really good amount of regular and ' hard to get ' stuff e.g. Car door seals, rubber etc. Every time I go there I know I can get what I need, today 4mm clear plastic tube sf fuel and oil resistant. Staff are "down home" type folks - knowledgeable and helpful.

Helpful staff. Stocks of everything rubber etc.for indoor, outdoor, automotive, camping & bedding.

I have been purchasing from this store bits and pieces of home projects before. Friendly staff as always. Recently purchased custom dog foam steps or stairs for our senior dog struggling to jump down the lounge lately. No more worries of our dog hurting her neck, legs and back when she jumps down. Thank you!

Great service. Terry was very helpful could not have provided a better service. Really impressed. Customer Service certainly beats on line shopping.

Jules and the team at Clark Rubber went out of their way to assist in us getting our cushions for our outdoor setting. They were able to use the old covers and placed new foam to make them more comfortable and for me to be able to unzip them and wash the covers. Thank you Jules and Doug your customer service is 100% and we are very happy customers and would highly recommend you.

Off street parking. Helpful staff. Very rubbery. Heaps of stock. I just need a small piece of rubber. $11 all good.
