I had to buy foam for some odd shaped seat cushions and a lovely lady took time and care to get them right for me. She was so helpful and cheerful. I'm sorry that I have forgotten her name but she did an excellent job. I told her she needs a pay rise!

Had to go to the Browns Plains store this afternoon because what I needed I could not get near where I live. They are just under 100 klm from where I live. I left home just after 2 pm, but got held up with a traffic accident for 21/2 hrs between a truck and 3 cars. We rang them at 1/4 to 5 and said we were just around the corner and they said they could not wait. I got to the store just before 5 and they were closed. The excuse the told us when we rang was we shut at 5 and any later they would miss the bus. So much for helping people out. I will never go to Clark rubber again even if the product is free.

Rude south African lady didn't want to assist with a foam query I had, was quite blunt and not interested in assisting. Needs lessons in customer service

Pool cleaning people who work in this area are so useless didnt ever clean my pool never ever i recommend them again

I needed the wadding on the outside of my lunch seat cushion replaced. A fiddly and time consuming job but the team were incredibly helpful and friendly and charged a very reasonable price. I'll be back for my floor mats and pet beds for sure.

Excelled service. No complaints. A bit expensive for my liking but my expectations are possibly unrealistic.

I have had several bad experiences with Southport shop, so rang Browns plains and KAREN could not have been more helpful. Many thanks, I will travel twice as far to deal with her in future.

Staff were hard to engage with and had to go find someone they were more interested in going home was at least 20 mins before closing time then wouldn't listen to what i was asking for kept saying have you tried this and saying product that were not even close to what
I had asked for.made it obvious had phone issues and could they look up what i was asking for but no just stood there until i had to reboot my phone.
Then as soon as i walked out the door they were closing up still before closing time.

Great job of upholstering our chair.

Some Minor things we weren’t able to get exactly how we wanted, however extremely happy with the result

They have always looked after me with my strange requests over the years. (Guitar case linings etc.)

Bought rubber tiles here previously both on sale and as an offered discount. Already more expensive than all other stores that sell similar tiles. I was short 1 tile and they wouldn’t even match the price that they had previously given me, had no choice but to buy it as I wanted them to match. Disappointed by the service.

Not too bad a store, service could be a bit nicer. There a little expensive also. Good for rubber things.

My initial and further contact with the Browns Plains store by email was answered immediately by Michelle. Her advice for the type of foam I needed, the costing and the delivery information was precise.

Always great service by the Gentleman in the Pool section will definitely look at investing a Couple thousand in a new Pool cleaner with this store due to his service. Only dropped a star as their seems to be no air conditioning which would've made the experience and also made us stay longer. We left as it was too warm in the store

I went into the Capalaba store to buy a pool, the staff member who served me after 15 minutes told me he new nothing about there pools and to call Browns Plains. I called Browns Plains store and they asked me why I wasn’t using my local?

I ended up buying one of there pools, I hired a builder to help assemble it only to find their were no instructions, I checked online and there were no assembly instructions I called the Browns Plains store and told them about this and the staff member I spoke with said she would look for the instructions and email them to me and call me back.

So with a builder waiting around there was no call back or email, so I called them back the next day only have it ring out. This shocking service.

I don’t want to go on about the money it has cost to hire a builder and my time that is wasted by the shocking service.

I am regretting I ever dealing with Clark Rubber.

This store is so hot! We have been at the shop yesterday around lunch time to buy some foams for our company and the shop is like a sauna. Horribly hot and steamy - a nightmare! The staff is very friendly and we got good products for a good price but how can a company let their staff work in such a heat the whole day! Unbelievable work conditions. We felt so sorry for the people working there. Can't recommend to work there - what a shame nowadays letting people work in such conditions. I was glad to be out quick of the shop and back in my proper air-conditioned work place.
