I recently purchased the Tuscan 5 Person Portable Spa from Rob and the team at Clark Rubber Cairns. From the moment I walked in, to the moment it was delivered I was met with good old fashioned customer service! I was kept up to date regarding ETA. I could not be happier with my purchase… and wonder why i didn’t get one a long time ago! Purchasing from a local company means that if anything does happen to go wrong they have the parts in stock and also have the knowledge to be able to fix the issue promptly. I highly recommend

Top notch service - always. Rob who also happens to be the co- owner of the Cairns store, is always courteous, friendly, helpful and full of good advice. Our most important purchase (our foam mattress) for our new home, which happens to be a big sailing cat, was expertly cut to size and shape by Rob. We don’t want to get out of bed of a morning now. So comfy and inviting. We have purchased many products over the years from Rob including vinyl flooring for our boat, metres of Velcro etc and have been very happy with the service, product and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude of the owners and their staff. What amazing customer service!
First they talked through which foam would be best for my outdoor couch so I could make an informed decision. I was very confident all measurements were correct so I didn't check the quote they gave me.
It turns out I signed off on incorrect measurements. I didn't notice until the covers I sewed were too big. I brought the cushions back to see if they could cut a small strip that I could glue to the cushions. Instead they gave me completely new cushions. AND noone made me or staff feel bad about it.

Brendan the customer service person made us feel very welcome and assisted us with our purchase and then he even carried it out to the car. His manner and demeanour was outstanding so refreshing seeing good old customer service back again

We had just moved and the agent had put so much chlorine into the pool that after 2 weeks we got it stable with the help of the specialist there.

Came into Clark rubber Cairns looking to replace the foam from our outdoor furniture cushions. Brenden could not have been more helpful and gave me a heap of options to work with. Once we had settled on what I wanted Brenden and Liam cut it all to size and actually redid the cushions for me. They were way better than when new. Customer service is best in class from these 2 guys and they are an asset to the business and just did an outstanding job. This store is well worth a visit for a heap of other things you wouldn't know they stocked, swag mattresses, water inflatables and a ton of other outdoorsy stuff.well worth a visit. Thanks guys.

I experienced exceptional service from a polite, efficient young man Liam. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I had been to 4 other Clark Rubbers store’s who all found the task either too small for them to bother with or too time wasting. Love this place I've brought my pooch her outside bed and a single mattress and lots of other useful items. The staff are very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their products and its a nice and friendly shopping experience. That's why I keep going back.

After searching for a good deal, we recently purchased a spa and were very impressed with the pricing and professional service provided by the team at Clark Rubber Cairns. Karen was extremely knowledgeable with regards to her products and made our choice and purchase easy and stress free. We had a maintenance issue when we initially started up out spa, which was not the fault of the Clark Rubber team. However, the prompt, friendly and experienced after sales service provided by Rob (who phoned a technician in Canada and, with guidance, conducted the necessary fault-finding to rectify our problem), ensured that we soon had a perfectly operational spa.
I can't recommend this company highly enough. They have provided us with fantastic service right from our initially enquiry through until now. If I could rate this company with more than the maximum 5 stars I most certainly would.

We went to Clark Rubber Cairns today to buy a top quality foam mattress for my wife's couch and ended up with a bargain. Great service and helpful staff - the salesman even carried the mattress out to the car for us! I recommend this store for great quality service and products.

Due to my own forgetfulness my robotic cleaner was just out of warranty when I took it back. This was no problem, Karen took it upon herself to sort out the new cord and installation for me!
